Guys, I need your sincere opinion/help regarding my next car purchase

I have recently sold my Car Suzuki Swift DLX Manual after keeping it for 5 good years. Let me also tell you that I have never driven any Japanese made car and not even driven any automatic car so far.

My aim is to buy an automatic car this time and my budget (after so many stretches) is now 21 lacs
Guys I have researched the market and I have done my research on the internet and after carefully observing the market I picked 3 cars in the list of possible purchase option
And according to my range i.e. 21Lacs, these are the options I have

1) Vitz 2015 model
With Karachi registration ODO 60k to 70k –
2018 registration possibly 3.5 Grade

2) Passo 3rd generation 2016 model X or X S package (Not Moda)
Without registration ODO 30k to 50k - 4 Grade

3) New Cultus AGS
Zero Meter

My Must have Preference

1. Should be a hatch back
2. Should be an Auto Transmission

My should have preferences

Comfort Drive
Easy to maintain
Reliability
Fuel average

Guys, before giving your valuable suggestions on which one would be a good pick, I want to add that I will keep the car for the next good 5 years InshAllah so not worried about resale and my mind is a bit towards Passo latest generation without Moda package because I have never driven Japanese assembled car and I like the latest shape. My confusion is that I haven’t seen new Passo on the roads much so worried that is there any potential issue in the car or it is just that it is new, and import is a bit slow these days. Anyways need your honest opinion guys as I need to make a deal in the month of February anyway.

Whats your city? Passo and vitz are both great options and isb pindi streets have a lot of them.
Jdm cars are very comfortable and have great drive. If you buy a clean car you wont have to worry about any mechanical ot electrical issues for 10-15 years with proper maintenance. There are very few cars more reliable than a jdm toyota. Cultus is also good but not as good as these two.
Get the car maintained from a good mechanic that understands them and not roadside wala ustaad who only understands mehran and fx k simple systems

my city is Karachi and latest generation Passo 2016 and above model is not much on the roads but available on showrooms though... yes 2nd generation Passo was a hit here

Karachi has good part support. Jdm cars have difficulties in small cities but not in large ones

I think you should go for a Mitsubishi mirage,
mirage in a really good condition will be around 1.5 million maybe a little bit more or less .in my opinion it's a great car and it has a good price range.

If you dont have power troubles and fuel consumption issues go for vitz eyes closed.

The cvt makes the vitz sluggish at times. And it manages aproxx 11-13 km/L

The thing is you can find much cleaner passo in this budget compared to a vitz.
You can find a 2016 model late 2019 import Passo (maybe even port cleared after 2020) in 21 lacs,
But a similar vitz would be around 23 lacs.
With vitz the extra money is just for the exterior and interior.
So I think you are on the right path , try to find a super clean 2016 model, late 2019 import, passo and you will enjoy trouble free 5-6 years I.A .
Also don't completely ignore vitz ,, if a clean one 2016 model with low miles shows up you should grab it within 22 lacs.
So keep an eye out for Both Passo and Vitz , forget everything else.
Also make sure you spend 5k and have the car both pakwheels inspected and auctionshheet verified.

Aqua under 22 lacs are the ones that are already registered and 2014 models so there is dual risk involved...

As for mirage, no one in my circle kept it ever and dont have much idea regarding it... and I gave a thought to it but then if vitz and Passo are available in my budget then why should i go for it, thats what i thought

bro I observed Picanto but there are some cons

less wheelbase.
compact length and width wise so felt downgraded as compare to swift.
obsolete generation worldwide.

Passo and Vitz are better in above mentioned criteria even cultus beats picanto

First thing first , as these are JDM cars , auction sheets are also in Japanese, so you need to know exactly where relevant stuff is mentioned .

Use this link , it has completely translated auction-sheet example, go over it several times , until you are confident that any auction sheet you can read yourself, plus point is to take the picture of translated auction sheet in your phone, so you can take it out whenever you need to verify where something should be.

Now second thing is , that auction sheet of any car can be verified, as dealers often give you fake auctionsheets.
These are paid services , PakWheels offers auctionsheet verification.

So lets say you like a car , you are about to finalize a deal, dealer has given you auction sheet showing car is 4 grade never been in an accident , so bebfore you give over your hard earned money you can pay someone like Pakwheels and they will send you proper original auction sheet of car plus its pictures when it was auctioned in japan, if auction sheet is exactly as the dealer gave you, then good you can buy the car and have complete piece of mind, bbut if the auction sheet does not match or car is major accident-ed (quite possible) then you saved your hard earned 21 lacs , by just spending 1500rs.

Now Pakwheels also offers a service called PakWheels inspection , where they will come and completely inspect the car and give you a full detailed analysis of the car ,, i highly recommend getting bothh these services before finalizing a deal.

Absolutely if you have 2 million and want hatchback then picanto is best option. Better fule milage then vitz and affcourse its Zero meter.
