I have bought Honda City Aspire 1.5 2014 on 3rd Feb 2017 after the same car inspected from CarSure, according to the report, there was no major accident and and the car was mechanically sound, they only advised me to get the break shoe changed. After 45 minutes detailed check up and detailed report i decided to purchase the car. I took the car to mechanic after purchasing it to get the oil and filter changed, he also said that the car was alright and asked me to visit next day. On 4th Feb he took the car for a test drive where he mentioned that there is a sound and vibration he can hear and feel, when he checked the car from below, he saw leakage from the transmission and wracked bracket and transmission housing, he dismantled the transmission and gave me another shocking news that steering rack welded from 3 points. Guardery and silencer was also displaced.
I have purchased used parts which includes transmission which i am not sure if it will work properly, used steering rack, guardery and multiple wracked sensors which has cost me PKR 100,000/- already. Its been 10 days now and my car is still with mechanic as he has changed 3 used transmissions to get me the right one. I am more shocked and disappointed at the behavior of CarSure service who i have called multiple times to report the problem, only time i receive a call from them is when i call to remind that they need to visit my mechanic and witnessed the trouble, torture and the loss they have caused. If you call them for a car check up, they will happily call you and visit for PKR 2000/- but don't expect them to be there when they have caused you such a trouble. I am highly disappointed with the service...
