you can get this Pod Filter from Filter House, you can find there number on interent and call them where you can find it in peshwar may be they can help you ?

I'll go and look for the insulating tape for the exhausts. In the mean time as you work on the wiring try to avoid wire connection by twisting the wires as pointed out in the picture below.

See if you can find connectors similar to these or better. Try the shops selling electronic components - transistors and resistors etc.

"Bullet Connectors" AKA "Gole Luppi" easily available at Auto Electric Parts Shops.

Gole luppi haha hearing its name first time. I have them with me but they are poor quality they become losen when you want to tighten them. twisted cables are soldered now they are comning from megneto so wanted them to be tighten properly .
here are final look of footpag they are golden brass to give little vintage look what you think?

you can also find these connectors at car audio system installers and even at shops who sell desi speakers for home and cars. If you cant find them (which is highly unlikely) or if you want even a superior connection....you can solider the joints and put a heat shrink sleeves on them. That the best possible electric connection.

heat shrink sleeves are easily available at electronic parts stores....like the place where you find resistors, transistors , and stuff

Outstanding!! Truly nice. You went through a long way to get here. I think it was worth the journey. Final look is just divine.

Soldering the connection is the best way to go for wire joints. You get a very good connection. After you have wrapped the joint with insulation tape, get a small piece of plastic tube with an ID just big enough to slide over the insulation tape. With the tube slid over the insulation tape there is no fear of the tape coming unravelling over the years due to heat, dust and water. If this was another country I'd tell you put a heatshrink tube on the joints but those are not available here.

true a very long journey and i hope you do remember when i was fixing crank shaft :P.
these footpag God so manay times they are open and fitted back to work proper. the wires are already been soldered and sleeves would be cutted and will cover it than tape .

I was able to find the material in the picture below. It is asbestos bandage at Rs. 120/- per foot. It comes in 2 inch width and 1 inch width, the 1 inch stuff is for Rs 50/-. I think the 2 inch will suit your purpose. By the way you should know that asbaestos is not good for health. Also it is a flaking at the touch. The shopkeeper told me that the flaking will stop after some time.

It is available in only white colour which will look nice with your white/gold bike.

In the picture above, the ends are secured with jubilee clamps. Please let me know if you want it.

Most welcome. I don't know the local name. I just went to a store selling industrial supplies such valves and fittings and asked for super heated steam wrap and had a picture of the stuff with me.

YasirA you can use jubilee clamps to fasten it but you can get a much cleaner look with metal ties
