I am using redmi 4x from last 1 year, no issue seen except once it took too long to bootup. Two friends have redmi note 4, no problems, bought a note 4 in family 2 months ago, no issue so far.

I think you bought from china so not through an official distributor and hence bad luck

Phones aren't designed to be dropped in flush. If you have water resistant phone with a good IP rating then please, drop it in the flush as much as you like. The fact that your iPhone survived is because iPhone 6s were a little resistant to water without having an IP rating. You can verify this from YouTube water tests.

Tomorrow I'll post pictures of my friend's Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, he bought it almost 2 years ago. Around an year ago, his son literally threw the phone into the wall with full force. Its glass shattered, it was bent but it is still working flawlessly. He couldn't get it repaired or changed due to financial constraints.

I am not supporting Apple but about 1.5month back I dropped my iPhone in flush and I literally washed it twice thoroughly to make it PAK with minimum care.

Used redmi note 3 and now switched to Redmi note 5 pro. Note 3 was dropped countless times by my child, thrown to wall, beaten with other objects but it is still up and running.
Redmi note series is excellent value of money, all sensors, fm, infrared, bigger battery and screen.
Waiting for poco F1. Anyone knows when it will launch?

Caller Name Talker.

Excellent app. It announces caller name and sms sender name on handsfree, bluetooth or wired.

Best thing is that it can be set to announce only when handfree is plugged and when handsfree is not plugged, it does not announce.

Lots of other useful customisations. Found it after lots of searching.

Sir with due respect, not everyone in the young generation is buying phone from their “abba g ka paisa”; hence they have to research alot before spending their salaries / pocket money / savings etc.

That’s why they do this kinda research which in your opinion is having too much time to discuss the specs, qualities etc etc.
