Yes skip first two steps and open Redsnow, click Jailbreak, switch off your phone and click Next, hold power button for three seconds, then press home button along with power button, after 10 seconds leave power button and keep holding home button, the device will now enter into DFU mode, and jailbreak will be proceeded accrodingly.

All these instructions are listed on screen.

yes thats common with IOS.After customization it becomes sluggish as androids

Done,having one problem icons like messeging etc got faded in white colour just after jb.ant idea?

You should respring your device. Go to Settings > General > International > Language > change the language to a primary language which you can understand. The device will respring and hopefully the problem will be solved, you can change back the language.

Did you install SemiTether package? I guess NO. Ok do this.

Install this source :-
