It's fate all depends on the price now, there's a reason one would choose a chinese brand like 'Changan' over proven Kia and Hyundai and that's the price factor which Sazgar must take into account. MG aur Glory tho farigh gariyan hein tbh. Proton X70 was and is a worthy value for money compeitor lekin wo bhi Al-Hajj ke baint char gai.

Proton, glory and MG are all chinese . They all have more or less the same quality. By the way, if you have been to china or studied their market, BYD and changan are almost staple . Specially in middle class because the rich are owning European or teslas.

They claim ckds. But i am hopefull for changan. They have a plan and they have massive experience. Dont forget all the new buses we see on motorways are built by master motors. They are as reliable as kia-lucky motors. More reliable then nishat. ( statistically speaking)

No CBU. X7 is not produced as RHD in China. Pakistan will be the first one with RHD model. So, it will be CKD.

Crap. What BS. they're unnecessarily delaying it. Trying to gauge the maximum price tag they can put on their Chinese toy.
Was seriously looking out for this vehicle, but doesn't seem like it will undercut the Korean competitors in pricing.

because kia increased their price. tucson is yet to start booking again so they might edge up a few 100,000 on the product.

I was almost amongst those, saying 6mil bhe sahi hay.
But very true, the more I looked at it and analyzed, I realised its nothing but an Alsvin (feature loaded) Chinese toy. Unless they undercut sportage and Tucsons (atleast the AWD variants) ideally it should be with FWD variants - There's no appeal or attraction to it. They can call/think whatever they like of themselves, but it's only foolish to buy this over a sportage /Tucson, especially if priced above them
