Booking with full payment can get you as early as April.
Partial payment booking can go as far as July.
That is what I've been quoted

Went to see Oshan X7 today. Launch was at 4 pm in the local authorised dealership. X7 is good looking, quality appeared okay to me not good not bad. Seems likely to sell as much as Alsvin is selling. Exterior of the car is of X7 plus (new) whereas interior is old of simple X7. They seem to follow example of the Glory here. Right after seeing Oshan X7 went to see new Civic. The obvious difference was of size and quality. Sizewise X7 wins but quality of Civic is far far better than the Chinese vehicle and in every aspect. Let's see how the two cars will dent market of each other.

Its more of a sportage vs X7 now. Civic has its separate fan base and market segment.

True. It is more of crossovers vs X7 but it is also a fact that people who used to buy Civic or Corolla in the past, the same are now buying SUVs or CUVs. Fan base of Civic will remain unaffected though.

Changan is known for churning out such slogons to allow themselves pricing higher for their Chinese car. The whole speech was filled with words/phrases/jingoism to touch the sentiments of people fed up with the big three.
This allows Changan to Price their cars like the best brands in the world.

Went to check Oshan X7 today. It has the most comfortable seats in Pakistani market (both front and rear), which are heated and ventilated. The size is big, its 5 mm wider than Fortuner. Boot space is plenty. Its packed with modern features.
Drawbacks: Interior color looks good, but is too light and will require regular cleaning.

I think it offers value for money. There were 3 people with pay orders booking X7 when I went there.

Ventilated seats should be a no brainer in a country like ours and I'm glad to see Changan take the initiative. Hopefully, they will now become a priority for buyers and other companies will start offering them as well.

I checked the car today. Infotainment system is ok, not fast but not as such slow. Great package overall however the issue is the white interior, even the roof is white (its whiter than off-white). Its very hard to keep it clean especially if you have kids

I am also not sure about fuel consumption, this thing is big..anything above 8km/l is good.
