I have this same engine in my car but the wiring and ecu is all stock of PK6V so that's why cannot get good average.

Well I've the cvt d15b vtec, I don't get 18, but I get 17 km/l on GT Road, without AC though. Please note that the average speed on GT road is maybe about 80 km/h. Haven't taken the car on motorway yet. So don't know how it performs on sustained speed of 120 km/h.

My both front tyres rub the fender shields when turning right or left. The rim size are stock as you can see. Can this be easily solved as its create a very bad noise?

Get taiwan made fender sheets, yours are not hugging the inside of the fender properly. Should be fine with new shields.
