happened to my car once. but it was because the main pulley came off due to reusing the crank pulley bolt. it damaged the woodruff key and shaft keyway as well.
a little precision welding and grinding managed to save the main crank shaft.
when you get the pulley, make sure to count the groves in the pulley and match it to the grooves in the AC pulley and power steering pulley.
get a BRAND NEW crank pulley bolt. its available with Nasir motors. it MUST be torqued down to spec. better add some blue thread locker to it as well. can never be too carefull.
regarding the nut, some mechanics already have this tool made. but for sure it wont cost 1500rs. its just a scrap nut and a rod welded to it.
i also have a spare pulley available with me. check and tell me how many grooves your power steering pulley has. or attach a picture of the power steering pulley
