Civic EG - SiR-T Swap

Hello,

Im sharing my beloved EG Civic which is yet to get a major transformation. The car has absolutely no issues, no rattling sounds or whatsoever and was running perfect on a D15B Single VTEC. I was quite happy with it being a daily runner and a head turner which was for sure but as we all know there is always room for improvement so finally thought to swap a bigger power-plant without the intention of a so-called race car, aiming for a considerable power just for myself and to cruise with my boys having bigger displacements
I have been maneuvering this from January without any rush or hurry to take it to perfection.
So here's we go;

Engine:

-F20B DOHC VTEC MT Variant
Came in the 1997-01 Accord SiR/SiR-T, 200HP with a handsome figure of Torque 197Nm
-T2T4 LSD Tranny

To Do List:

-Custom Made Aluminum Polished Mounts (Similar to Hasport)
-4th Mount Strut on the front
-Accord CF Axles
-F20B/H22A's Shifter
-OBD1 Wiring with Chipped P08 ECU
-Wiring including Semi Wire Tuck including both Engine and Electrical
-AC Lines Tuck
-Brake Lines Tuck
-Engine Bay Paint
-Complete Engine Cleaning plus Engine Rustoleum Paint
-Custom made Stainless Steel Headers (RMF 4-1 with 3inch collector)
-3 Inches down pipe with elbow joints.
-Blitz NurSpecR Long tip 3inch Inlet free-flow exhaust.
-Upgraded Brake Booster and Cylinder with DC2 Hubs and Accord CL 11" Rotors.
-Hydraulic to Electronic Power Steering.

So far I remember at the moment, I might have missed a couple of things but will keep updating with the progress.

As being a most awaited project of mine, I cannot wait to get it completed so that I can simply lay back and enjoy it. May Allah help me to complete it successfully. I might need couple of advises and suggestions from seniors and I will definitely ask at the right time.

@aqibasit I'd love to but it was decided between me and the previous owner not to disclose the price tag for some personal purpose. Well for a clue, you can say way above the price tag of a common EG/EK sold around.

Yeah most of the people were aware of the price tag the previous owner was asking but no one was willing to pay. Sometimes you have to look at the facts and figures but here people dont pay for someone's effort and time which i took as an opportunity and bought her home. Maybe its about fate for which no one bought it, i always kept thinking why everyone missed such an issue free car

I was one of the guys willing to pay for it, though when I finally got the cash in hand it was already gone! Little did I know you've gotten it lol... BOL for this project as well! I was a huge fan of your previous project given I had the same civic as you had in Black color and worked for years to build it the way I wanted to! Never made a thread though! Looking forward to what you do with this one

Yes it will make the front end heavier for sure. A D15B weights around 160-150lbs whereas an H or F weights twice as the D which makes a difference but Im trying my best to take all the measures. Car is on all four coilovers which is a plus point for stability. As mentioned in the thread pure aluminum mounts are fabricated along with a custom made iron bar at the front which will help to avoid the viabration plus will give the engine a fourth hand support apart from the three aluminum mounts.
Rest Im going to get a good strut bar (not for the show off purpose like the other so called jdm kids) which is also considerable for stability.

Well yes I restored my 7th gen with a lot of passion. I had plans to take it further with a good setup but its a Prosmatec and didn't want to go for Auto to Manual at first and then swapping another motor so dropped the plan. She's still serving me well.
And about this swap and all, it will be one of its kind InshAllah.

Plan was to spend a good day with her and enjoy the last moments with the D, and to drop her to the garage by night.
Oh yes I also gave her a nice detailing session with Pinnacle Souvran before delivering so that the paint should stay under protection.

Bay was a bit dirty and i didn't bother to clean it cuz it was already going for a transformation
