Are you referring to the traction bar as the vibration bar ? If its the traction bar then the lca's are tied to the frame instead, making it more rigid
But if u place it somewhere above just for the sake of placing a front mount on it then its a different thing. In fact if you weld it somewhere to the frame, it will transfer more vibration to the frame as the motor tends to lean forward, hence a noisy cabin
I used 5 mounts for my D swap in my EF and it served me well. The thing is not to add more mounts but to add at the right place. If the engine tilts forward, it becomes necessary to stop excessive lean by adding a healthy mount at the rear end to avoid it at the first place instead of adding one in front to stop it afterwards. Do what you think is right, this is how you learn - improvise
I'd suggest an engine torque damper (maybe a custom one) with the fire wall and if u want a mount upfront aswell then go for an OE one instead of PU for lesser vibration. No matter which one you add, its likely to wear out the earliest. Its better to source an anti roll for the rear end after what you plan for the front end, you'll feel a sway like at the rear end. And one more thing- don't lower the engine too much for now at least
