Civic Reborn Transmission Shifting Issue (Random - resolves after restart)

i have Honda civic 2010 reborn i am facing issue in gear shifting specifically when i start my car early morning or after 10-8 hours since previous parked. The issue is when i start car and shift gear from P to D it took 2-3 seconds for a gear to shift and i feel a powerful jerk when gear shifted from P to D. Then i start driving my car and pull race further the car seems to be neutral and do not response in quickly in shifting of gear immediately. i slow down my car and change gear some times i put small pressure on gear and then gear shift. i keep on heating my car and then i switched off engine and then restart my car and problem suddenly get solve.
I feel it only comes when car is cool and not driven for 7-8 hours and once the engine driven to 8-10 km things are getting normalize. Since few days i m feeling my car is missing as well i did complete tuning throttle body fuel pump cleaning but problem still there ..Kindly suggest you can further contact me at my no 0345-2103424

Hello Everyone, hope you all are doing great.
i'm facing the same issue of jerk from N-R and in forward gear shifting and D light blinking, but after restart its smooth.

also showing Valve A stuck off, after replacing complete valve body the error was gone but the blinking D and jerk was same... then i replace valve body again complete with transmission oil filter and oil as well. used honda DW-1.

mechanic said we need to replace transmission, but from this post i understand replacing transmission won't help.
I'm from Lahore, if anyone knows a person who can fix this problem...

I have exactly the same issue with my reborn. When i put in R, it jerks and then when i turn off and turn it back on it seems fine. Did u get a fix?

I have exactly the same issue with my reborn, its some times gives jerks when i breaks at high speed and then accelerate again i feel big jerks. changed transmission oil etc nothing works. i wounder should i change value body or not will changing vale body fix this issue? someone expert in Lahore? plz dm +923000971323

UmerAKhan, So the issue was related to the transmission ?, not the internal valve body. Other people who replaced the internal valve body and cleaned the solenoids still had the same problem.

Can you share how much it cost you at that time? Please include the cost of the donor transmission, labor, and oil. Is the car working fine now?
