you are right by all means but even this is not a sufficient justification for families of deceased... would i or any one (had we been in their place) of us be satisfied and forgive people if we are told this statement which is unquestionably true... I guess not

when this event happened, most ppl were bashing the driver for killing the innocent ppl.however, i was of the view that it wasnt his fault, it was organizer;s fault that people were soo near to the track.i also wrote at many places that majid wud be devastated inside so dont start shouting at him.

to my utter surprise, the guy started using facebook the very next day and his status were like "anybody knows about that T44 supra?".i mean, the very next day, the thing on his mind was to build a new car.n i was like WTF!!! hes behaving like nothing happened at all... like its routine, 5 ppl life is nothing for him. then, i changed my views about him n now i wud strongly agree with the ppl who say that he shud be jailed for wat he has done and shud be given complete punishment.

the other day, i was playing with my ak47 n by mistake, i shot my neighbour n hy died.i went to his family n said it was a mistake n they said, oh, nevermind then,wasnt ur fault.

cuz if things were wrong there...then it was just like all the events happened before.....but non of the ppl protested for any issues..but now the accident has happened and court has taken action on it ...now ppl start pointing out things

this will only lead to a use less talk..on which most of the ppl have no idea what in real is going on right now.....and have no idea what actions are being taken

I am sure Supreme Court of Pakistan knows more about the law than drawing room analysts here on Pakwheels. If they ordered arrest of someone its according to law. If you feel XYZ is innocent go to court

Debating on subjudice matters and especially criticizing Supreme court is an offense and may land guys here in jail.

Other than that, tell me how will a doctor feel if a bystander comes in and tells him he is not diagnosing the patient correctly or giving the the wrong prescription? If still someone wants to criticize Supreme court, why do it on an internet forum? why not go to supreme court and tell the judge on his face? That should be fun
