Debating on subjudice matters and especially criticizing Supreme court is an offense and may land guys here in jail.

Other than that, tell me how will a doctor feel if a bystander comes in and tells him he is not diagnosing the patient correctly or giving the the wrong prescription? If still someone wants to criticize Supreme court, why do it on an internet forum? why not go to supreme court and tell the judge on his face? That should be fun

Every one has their own point of view...but look at the entire situation...those who were at the event....must have noticed that it is actually the public who is to be blamed. Our undisciplined crowd are always ready to spoil an event.they act like dare devils and proudly do the opposite of to what they are told.....although the car did go out of control but if the public was willing to stay behind the trench barrier this loss would not have happened...as far As ADIL naeem is concerned or for that matter Majid naeem they should not be punished, as it is because of these people we actually get to see some entertainment in the world of racing specially in islamabad....

adil was not fleeing, the media loves spicing things up. the guy has a job which requires him to go to dubai every 2-3 weeks. he just came back from dubai 2 weeks and was going for work again. but due to having his name on ECL, he was detained.

lets not go around spreading rumors of our own liking to make pathetic BS up.

ahad enlighten me on a few points here

1 did the supra act the exact same way a few months ago on 7th avenue when it lost control in the same fashion and the result was the same excluding the deaths of people , and it crashed the same way earlier too on f5 thus resulting in a crash in the same fashion resulting in a crashed car without any deaths !! , is it the car is it the driver !! or is it an accident repeating itself the 3rd time !!

2 how many people were at the event !! how many seating arrangment was there !! do u expect people to sit in a pit of dirt to see the event or stand and see what they paid for !! , people claim that it is the spectators fault as they crossed the trench , u have safety banners so that people can stand behind them if u want them to not cross the trench keep the safety banners behind the trench

all in all it is an unfortunate event

I think u r right as some time back I tried his number by sending msgs but no reply came and hamza bhai said that he is not in pakistan right now,may be he was in dubai.

These guys should get severe punishment from the supreme court, min 10 Years in prison & I hope supreme court will also order these criminals to pay compensation minimum Rs. 50 Million each to the deceased family.

1. Why is everyone hell bent on saying that this tragedy could've been avoided if the people had been standing behind the trench and only on the left side??? The car could've easily jumped the curb and flown over the trench into the spectators on either side of the road! So this whole argument is moot.

2. The family of the victims need to be paid Blood Money ASAP and there shouldn't be any debate on that. Who's guilty and who should get jail time will be decided by our incompetent courts and we should leave it at that. In international racing events the car drivers are not imprisoned if something like this happens, it's the organizers who get scrutinized for the security details and if there's any lapse in it they get penalized.

when this event happened, most ppl were bashing the driver for killing the innocent ppl.however, i was of the view that it wasnt his fault, it was organizer;s fault that people were soo near to the track.i also wrote at many places that majid wud be devastated inside so dont start shouting at him.

to my utter surprise, the guy started using facebook the very next day and his status were like "anybody knows about that T44 supra?".i mean, the very next day, the thing on his mind was to build a new car.n i was like WTF!!! hes behaving like nothing happened at all... like its routine, 5 ppl life is nothing for him. then, i changed my views about him n now i wud strongly agree with the ppl who say that he shud be jailed for wat he has done and shud be given complete punishment.

majid has totalled his car twice before, in the EXACT same manner, and almost at the same rate of damage, he has rebuilt his car quite a few times. So neither is the car nor the track nor the organizers are to blamed.

We have gone through this many times before, people were not allowed to cross over, but since no one likes to listen, they do what they please without seeing what may go wrong. Had the people stood behind the naala (as you can see the car never crossed the naala) they wouldve still be breathing right now.

vehicular manslaughter is a bailable offence in Pakistan. The F.I.A likes making a show of things. this matter isnt legally the jurisdiction of the F.I.A in the first place.
Legally they are to be granted bail by the Police Station, A court order or surety bonds arent required either.
