vehicular manslaughter is a bailable offence in Pakistan. The F.I.A likes making a show of things. this matter isnt legally the jurisdiction of the F.I.A in the first place.
Legally they are to be granted bail by the Police Station, A court order or surety bonds arent required either.

FIA has jurisdiction everywhere throughout pakistan and in any matter it wants. You should read up on powers of FIA.

Other than that FIA is not lke your //mod edit: word removed// police that it runs after petty ciminals/racers. In this case it was ordered by supreme court otherwise you would be seeing the incompetent punjab police handling the case ( and no one would have been arrested)

majid has totalled his car twice before, in the EXACT same manner, and almost at the same rate of damage, he has rebuilt his car quite a few times. So neither is the car nor the track nor the organizers are to blamed.

We have gone through this many times before, people were not allowed to cross over, but since no one likes to listen, they do what they please without seeing what may go wrong. Had the people stood behind the naala (as you can see the car never crossed the naala) they wouldve still be breathing right now.

supreme court ko.. goverment ka apna organized 1st tdcp drag race ki pics nd videos dekhni chahye..!!! then they will get to knw how much well organized hpr's event was..!!!! i knw 100% proper organized nae howa but baqi sy say acha howa tha.......!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! organizers did their best..!!!!

Very true,I previously said the same thing that look at the TDCP Drag race event,a governmental organized event,but what were the safety precautions? nothing but people standing on the track and crossing it between a race happening.

Sir i may be wrong here but that profile of his had his own pictures. pictures he took at autodrome dubai n many other places. also of his supra n stuff. i think thats not a fake profile, may be he made one for family n other for friends etc.

watever the case may be, if he isnt feeling wat he did, then the authorities shud make him feel. court wud certainly decide at last, but we can always give our opinions on everything. nothing wrong here.

no offence meant ahad, but if you look the video carefully, people crossed over and were standing there before the start of race... its not that they rushed ahead when race started (which normally is the case with every drag race event)... keeping in view the history of cars (majid's previous crashes and tussle between these two rides since this was a long awaited race) there should had been more safety measures (organizer's and security staff should had been on that footpath all along the track)... but again we are acting reactive rather than being proactive... and yes it was to come and it came...

son the F.I.A's powers are subordinate to the Criminal Procedure Code.

If you wanna lawyer up then go practise criminal law for a couple of years before arguing about such things and read up The criminal procedure code and pakistan penal code before making emotional comments. manslaughter by rash driving is a bailable offence. hence no police remand by law, bail is an automatic right in this instance.
