[TD]Open auction will be made on vehicle to vehicle basis. The interested bidders must submit a call deposit receipt/ pay order, bank draft or cash of Rs.20,000/- for each vehicle to participate in the bid as an earnest money (refundable) in the name of Inspector General of Police, NH&MP. The successful bidder shall pay 10% advance tax on auction value. The successful bidder shall also be liable to deposit the government taxes (if any) in addition to the offered price. The bidder shall provide his complete address/telephone number alongwith a copy of National Identity Card.

[TD]The successful bidder shall have to deposit 25% amount of the offered price/bid on the spot. The remaining amount of the bid shall be deposited within 15 (fifteen) days, otherwise earnest money of Rs.20,000/- and 25% cash amount (for each vehicle) shall be forfeited.

[TD]The successful bidder shall have to change the NH&MP Colour within ten (10) days after the receipt of vehicle(s) and shall also get the vehicle re-registered on his name from the concerned ETO Office immediately.
