Actually doesn't get time to ride it. Its parked since i restored it just taken out 3-4 times. Have plans to do another restoration project lets see.BTW can you tell me how much the battery costs for it as the battery of my bike is gone
I dont think you need another bike I think you need to use this one little often .. @7thgear please shed some light on GS500e Batteries we need little help here.
though I bought a 15Amp battery Chinese dry cell for 2k a year ago its works solid with GS550e and still in use in my 200cc, beside its small, maintaince free and ready to use..
I have Chinese dry battery 15amp in both bikes. Works great. My blue bike starts on first self even when i started it after a month in last summer vacation, still got same battery in it.
From where u got Chinese dry battery? There is space in gs500 of 15 amp battery?
The mechanic managed it on his own. I shall post its pic.
I bought it from Mcleod Road, there are two shapes of 15/18Amp Dry cell Batteries one is like
and the other shape is like this :
and one can choose according to the space one has in its bike ...
by the way ... GS500 battery compartment can easily accommodate a 12V18Amp as well..
For how much you got it. Any specific shop?
Now i want to restore Honda RM as well. Have one in sight lets see wat happens
Not sure, as I mentioned mechanic managed the battery himself.
