CNG related problems

2 tip plugs are enuff to reduce misfiring concept...but as u can think...more current, bigger flame, so engine needs bigger exhaust! thts why i m telling u tht 2 tip pluugs wid performance cable will be enuff.. and 2ndly a suggestion....with stock parts...if market cars can run well, y dun ur's ? think abt it..its more easier...

here people are most keen on LR kit + Neotek advancer (map) + Neotek Emulator + EKC cylinder 60kg (42,500) should i go for it???

and sir please if u can, explain to me the advancer at map and crank sensor issue

yar i have corolla x 02 model.1300cc and i want to install the lightest ever cng cylinder in it so that no spacers etc are used kindly also tell me the latest tech usedf in world and r there any chances of improvement in this technology in recent years.

is it adviseable to install a cng kit in 2005 belta g?
also my vitz 99 give 70-75 km on cng with ac in city is it ok.also the pick of my vitz has decreased on petrol only in first gear why?

till now,the lightest cylinders available in paki are 1- fabre,2-Pak suzuki original ff-cylinders,and a third brand is made by astria(i think dalimine).
latest tech is carbon cylinders but never saw thm in mrkt.(local+int.national)

Hi i've installed cng in my cultus VXR(2007) 2 days back from Al mubarak Isb.

1.)Pick has become damn damn pathetic..

2.)When i switch on the AC.The car cant evn run in 2nd gear.Its lyk 20km hardly with full acceleartion.

I went to Al Mubarak and they dun hav tym.

In the first cng filling the consumption and the pick both were GOOD.But from 2nd onwards its hell,I feel lyk my car is begging meh to stop it!

Plz plz suggest any excellent cng mechanic or suggest me wot shud i do now???

bhai i have a problem with my FX. from couple of weeks when i try to start my car in morning on cng , it doesnt ( very slight Dhakka is needed) but if its standing under sunlight , it starts but with a bit longer sulf. After this initial startup problem, there is no problem what so ever no startup problem, no missing etc.
I dont think its battery related. what do u think ??? kindly help

i just bought a santro club 05 second hand well the problem is tht my car is giving 54km wid ac on cng.... my cylinder is 50 kg and there is this check light on wid cng but not on petrol and the car has no pick on cng when acs on and when the ac is off then the car gets a lil better but still no pick compare to santros i just drove to check the diffrence and its not good as well on petrol when i showed it to the gas line workshop he said after setting the cng tht he has done his setting now i should get the cars petrol tuning done so the car will get ok but the stupid mileage is still on 54 kms or less so i am going to get the petrol setting check tomorro and the guy said to get some amonulater so the check light will go plz help me

My problem was solved by adjusting the timing.

I also installed 4 TIP Bosch but not much difference.

tappet adjustment needed, along with complete tune up.but idle gas adjustmnt is disturbed actually.

i think for both of the problems,u'll need to change emu+adv.tell me tht which one is previously installed? and 2ndly wen u'r car pick will set, automatically milage will also improve. u can go for tomasettolovatto 2 in 1 emu+adv.
chk light will also turn off.

I have just bought a new CITY manual IDSI and want to install CNG. Please tell me:

1) Which brand is the best for both KIT + Cylinder (I mean which brands have the least chance of being fake and is also excellent in performance)??

2- Where to get this installed from in ISB/RWP?

3- What will be the cost of the whole thing? (an estimate will do).

4- How much time is required for CNG installation?

5- Are there any problems associated with CNG in CIty manual? if yes pls. explain.[/highlight]

my daewoo racer runs smooth on petrol but on CNG it makes some "phatakas" and jerks in slow speed in 2nd gear. i have done its tuning from good cng tuner but the pronblem reduces but yet do some times . what could be the reason.?
what should i do.
