CNG related problems

What is the standard procedure to service the cylinder? and kit? if the kit don't have oil by opening the small nut then is there any need to fully service the kit? what is the harms associated with kit services?

Dear Fyq,

I have recently bought a gli 09 model with landirenzo kit and neotek advancer, emulator and lambda.
I am not very satisfied with the over all performance. The pick in 2nd and 3rd gears at lower rpms is not good enough. does stall some time with ac at idling. any suggestions to improve overall performance btw the air/gas mixture on the kit is also sealed with silicon.
Your suggestion in this regard will be highly appreciated.

bro no need of kit cleanup thn, and kit has small screws tht r actually variable and sets gas pressure, so if u'll mis tune thm, result wil sure go wrong.

thn wt u think abt LAMBDA? does it woth equal to its price?
anywaz, ist go for a simple tune up and if mechanic tell u tht anything is faulty, thn tell me.

Another problem i am facing is the gas leakage. I have got the cng kit checked twice but no leakage was found. Still there is always the peculiar gas smell inside the car specially early morning. Sometimes it is too strong especially when the cylinder is recently filled.

its not necessary tht leakage is frm kit, it can be from filling valve, cylinder etc. do check thm, some time gas is leaked frm filling valve, do chk tht as it a very harmful

Suggest me kit + setup ( electronics + cylinder ) brand and model for city 2006 manual !
with 55WL capacity Faber or any other good make cylinder (low or heavy weight category).
You run workshop or its just hobby ? PM or post details here as per your convenience !
My main concerns are no messing up with electric wires, should be done properly without any hanki banki
Good mileage with good pickup !
No check engine light at all !
clean installation !
if u dont run a shop, suggest me good installer !

Why do you guys opt for CNG...i really don't understand...like there is only one rupee difference per kilometer between CNG and petrol so why install a CNG...if you can buy a car you should afford its fuel with is petrol...like my car takes me to islo in 1000 rupees of petrol from peshawar and another car of the same make and model with a friend of mine installed with CNG takes him as well in 1000 rupees of CNG...and i reach much ahead of him cause he has to fill his tank twice...so why CNG???

What should be the idle rpm of new corolla with and without A/C and how can it be increased?

On signals and stops with breaking and clutch duly pressed my engine stalls a little bit, gives the feeling as engine will shut off, i have checked a few CNG Guys they say its pretty normal in new model of corolla and cannot be fixed.
Looking for your view on this.

reduced plugs gap, and a lil bit idle rpm increase from kit can solve this problem.

prblm in cng meter it indicates full even when its qtr full, when the cylindr is nearly empty after first appearence of red light it travells around 10 to 15km. Dhakan mechanic cant solve it he says chalnay 2 kia prblm hay

check the sensor on the kit and get it washed. Your problem will be solved i had same problem in my mehran as well.
