Compensation Cheque from Atlas Honda for LATE delivery

So just wanted you guys to know I had received a interest compensation cheque from Atlas Honda for the late delivery of my City aspire which had a scheduled delivery date of March 31st 2017 but the car was handed over to me on April 10 so basically it had a delay of 10 days and they have sent me a cheque for that just last week. ( Didn't have time to post it earlier )

No, I did not apply for any compensation nor did I know there was any such thing so this was kind of surprising from a company that does not even install a basic life saving utility such as a single airbag in a 1.8 million car paying up a compensation and owning up their mistake. So with almost everyones else cars getting delivered late just wondering if all the rest have received their cheques ?

Good gesture ? Lanat ha aisae gesture per .they are bound to give compensation if car is not delivered within two months . I have already posted number of times a link to an article regarding it . Log ab khud hi zaleel Hona chatae ha to phir Kia Kia ja sakta ha .

So you are lucky one, i also have same delivery date but received on 29th April. Have asked the dealer about late delivery compensation, he got astonished " like shukar karo Gaadi mill gai ayy"

Well this was unexpected to be honest.

When I first received this letter I thought this was some type of scam and I called one of my friends whose City was also delivered like 30 days late and he said no such cheques are paid and he has not heard about it but I took it to the bank they accepted and I was like at-least I would get my tank full from this amount.

Applicable after 60 days of full payment deposit, so if your delivery was 30 april and you paid by say 1st april and delivery on 29th may so it is still within 60 days and no compensation

Yes brother normally there is a Markup compensation form available at dealership. You to ask for it .

I asked for compensation cheque from dealership at the time of delivery, they told me that Honda directly send compensation cheque. Dealership has nothing to do with it.

Bhai merae the way you are behaving you seem to be employee of Honda atlas and getting a compensation of 8,000 for a 15 lakh payment is not that much of a big compensation on which you are juggling around

So no one else received any cheque I booked mine in april 17 and tdd on 31st oct 17 will I be eligible for compensation cheque
