indus paid me for 1 month late car delivered ard rs.8.5k few months back,, so i guess they will pay you,, it was xli corolla,, calculate %

talked the the company guy rt now, he said they'll b sending it on monday... :x

also asked him abt the late delivery payment.. he said u have to fill a form at our dealership about the late delivery and send it to us. we'll then give u the compensation as per government rules...

     Yes you do get compensation. I know this cuz i booked a corolla 2.0d Saloon. I got it about a month late.

THey sent a cheque with an apology letter for Rs 4160.
Dont know how they got to this figure. And believe u me my friends also booked a corolla and a cultus...........cultus was 2 months late.........

They got nothing.

So dont be surprised if u dont get anything.

I knew someone at Indus too............
and had lodged a written complaint.................and had got it stamped too at their office.

about the mark up, filled a form at the dealer, will be getting it in a months time...

this is the formula for the mark up...

{(advance paid / 1.15)}/365 X applicable rate of T.bills* X no. of days exceeding 60 days

the above total - 10% with holding tax on the above total=the amount i'll get

*weighted average yield of 3 months of treasury bills auctioned by State Bank of Pakistan

help me calculate how much markup will i get...

(well in my case its a lil more complex as i deposited the money in 2 parts, cuz i booked it even before it was launched as an exi, and then paid the difference amount after it was launched, even filled two forms today... one for 1,000,000 from 15th July, and the other for 505,000 from 2nd August)

calculation 1:
{(1,000,000/1.15)}/365 X rate of T.bills X 87days

= 207266 X rate of T.bills - 10% of 207266 X rate of T.bills

=186539 X rate of T.bills

calculation 2:
{(505,000/1.15)}/365 X rate of T.bills X 69 days

= 83013 X rate of T.bills - 10% of 83013 X rate of T.bills

=74712 X rate of T.bills

grand total...
261,251 X rate of T.bills

now can sum1 please tell me wats the rate of T.bills*
