let me shed some light on this (H)
*this looks like the k24a3.but better open the valve cover and look for the cam lobes
*this comes with an auto ecu,which means that the 5k rpm limtier and immobolizer would be a pain in the ass,which means k-pro is the only way :d
*the 5speed gear would be without LSD and LONG gear ratios,which would be good for turbo,
*the wiring would be easy for a 2001plus civic,be it manual or auto,exi or vti
*the throttle body is drive by wire,which means u wont be able to bypass it,instead you would need a k20a3 or k20a throttle body instead which would fit into this with a little modification,otherwise it would be much easier to get a k20a/a2/z3 intake manifold which would bolt on without any fuss,just need the intake manifold gaskit of the required intake mani
