Coolant decreasing from Radiator of Swift 2011

Hello guys
My Suzuki swift has started a new problem.
My average daily running is 40 km approx in city.
I check my oil and water levels daily in the morning before starting up the engine.
Now from past couple of weeks i have noticed that coolant level from Radiator decreases almost every second day ( the upper plastic top of radiator gets empty.
During this problem i have not experienced any heating up just the coolant decreases.
Also tried to find any minor leakage but couldn’t find any.
Also at the very start of this winter, my car was heating up randomly so following maintenance was done at that time step by step
1) all rubber hoses and metal pipes for water changed
2) Radiator cleaned
3) Thermostat calve changed
4) water body checked
5)radiator cap changed from 0.9 to my 1.1
6) and lastly Head gasket changed

Currently i am using mixture of coolant and boiled water.

So guys what should i do next ?

First be sure you have zero leaks in whole system including heating coil.
Second you can start the car without radiator cap to see of there's any bubbles.
Does reservoir bottle gets empty as sell? It should get empty before radiator. If not then that's the sign of wrong pressure radiator cap.

Bro i checked for the bubbles 2 days ago but there were none
Latest update is :
Today i was driving in traffic jam and was keeping eye temp gauge
But the temperature suddenly got high from middle straight to red mark. I switched off the engine and let the temp cool down
Now i noticed to things after i opened the hood
1) water was boiling in bottle and was upto top( i keep k water level up to the mark not full)
2) so after 20 mins of waiting i checked again and water from bottle was gone down to almost zero
3) then i opened the radiator and water was full.
I waited 20 more mins and filled up the bottle and got home
And it was still 2 hours drive but it didnt heat up again

So kindly suggest me what could be reason ??

Does the fan kicks in at right time?
Thermostat you bought was brand new or used?
You have to keep an eye on radiator fan.

Bro whenever i checked the fan it worked on its time.
It was also working when it got heat up.
Thermostat was new

You have taken all the steps, the only remaining is to check the health of water pump, check for corrosion or damage. Moreover water boiling in system is either bad cooling system or failed head gasket. Get the gasket checked again by some mechanic.

Can u guide me how to check if the head gasket is blown or not ?
So that i can be sure whether the mechanic is diagnosing correctly or not

You have checked it already no bubbles.
If you have scanner then check at what temperature when fan is kicking in.
And did the system was bleed perfectly?

I dont have the scanner but i can get it checked from a mechanic.

Also i was wondering. Can the gasket still be good ? Because engine was overheated once only

Basically get your car checked by radiator pressure tester ideally.
Though finding shops which have these facilities are rare.

If overflow tank is above max, then that means radiator coolant on being hot has been transferred to the bottle and when engine cools down then it should be transferred back to radiator. As the bottle completely emptied itself, then there must be a leak in radiator, heater core, cracked cylinder (rare) and etc.

Is your car radiator fan working ?
& Why have you changed the radiator cap from 0.9 to 1.1 ? This will increase pressure in the system thus more coolant will be discharged by the leak. Stay with the original spec cap.

Bro the cap was changed because a mechanic said that In original specs of swift, it should of 1.1 rating.
But I have seen both 0.9 & 1.1 caps being used on different swift.
Didnt find any hard proof for the original rating

Should i started by dismantling the radiator and checking the water body
For leaks ?

Check with factory workshop manual. It is easily available on internet for all cars.
Increasing the pressure will only put extra burden on all cooling system.

I don't think that might help as leaks of these nature happen only when there is pressure in the cooling system.
Unless your car is dripping coolant in the driveway (when cold), this may not help.
Although trying wont hurt

Thats the problem brother. No dripping in night and no visible leaks , i checked also when the engine was at running temp. But found nothing
I Will start with the radiator.
Coz i am afraid of the head gasket being replaced again.

If you have a spare air pump, then you may be able to simulate pressure in the cooling system. Don't exceed 14psi considering the default pressure rating of cap is 0.9 (which is 12.7 psi).
Do see youtube videos regarding coolant leak detection. There are alot of videos regarding these issues.

So i tried to test the gasket again
I cold started the engine and there were no bubbles
But when i rev up the engine the water overflows
Is it all good ?
