Coolant decreasing from Radiator of Swift 2011

Did you see coolant flowing? Or it was stable? Bleed the system. There can be air bubbles.

It was overflowing when i was accelerating the engine.

So guys latest update :
I went to mechanic, he checked the radiator and pipes then he opened the engine oil cap and found water and oil mixture kinda like brownish butter.
He cleaned the cap with petrol and told me to drive around a bit then again he checked the cap and found same thing there.
Then he took a rubber pipe from top of the engine cover and found alot of water and oil mixture in it.
So he concluded that head gasket is being crossed

So guys i am still facing the problem
The latest update is :
I got my head gasket changed and head faced.
Didn’t check the thermostat and water body at that time ( unfortunately)
Now it was all fine for a month almost i traveled daily even traveled to lahore.
But yesterday i was traveling on motorway when i noticed the temp gauge rising. I stopped the car, let it cool down and opened up the hood and found that res. Bottle was full and water splashed out from bottle. I opened the radiator and poured about a glass of water and it got full and i travelled for 2 hours and. Reached my destination with no problem.
Now my questioned is :
What should i check now
My guess is on three things
1) thermostat valve sometime works sometimes it gets Stuck may be
2) radiator is choked
3) may be water body is sometimes not working correctly
Kindly guide me guys. I am really fed up with this problem

I want to diagnose the problem my self before going to any mechanic

hook it to a scanner and see when fan's kick in.
you are right about thermostat.
also be sure about radiator cap.

When you replaced the headgasket did your mechanic use a steel or paper headgasket?

Were the headbolts renewed or old ones reused? (They become junk once opened from engine)

Does your mechanic have concept of cooling system pressure tester? Or does he go on “ustaad ka sikhaaya”?

Suzuki m13 is a royal pain to bleed air from, you will need a raised funnel setup to fully purge airbubbles from top of cyl head near cylinder 4

I think the head gasket was made of steel and bolts were not changed.
But i will re confirm from my mechanic.
Also i bled the system my self. Using a half cut bottle as a funnel

Bro. My mechanic is semi technical
I checked for the symptoms of bad head gasket but couldn’t find any
No air bubbles in radiator
No milky engine oil cap

Bro can any obd scanner will detect the fan’s on time ?
Radiator cap has been replaced also
So should i replace the thermostat or remove it ?

If it has been used with tap water filled in radiator then yes check the water pump as well.

Actually i am using boiled water with suzuki coolant (blue)
