So today i took the thermostat out. Checked in boiling water it opened slight but not full My mechanic said that its action is too slow. But didn’t replace the thermostat but removed it. According to him drive for fews days like this if car is not heating up then will put a kabli thermostat Because last thermostat was bought new and became faulty in a month

No kabli. Get an oem brand new one. Did you check the temperature at which it starts opening?
Don't use kabli thermostat. Buy oem only.
Yes brother it was around 90c The valve was fully open when the water starter boiling
So guys. Latest update is i got the thermostat valve removed to test drive without it for few daysAlso i noticed there was some play in radiator fan. It rotated perfectly but sometimes it vibrated alot during running.So got that fixed tooLets see how everything goes now
Your car will not get to optimum temperature and stay in open loop. Means no o2 feedback to adjust air fuel ratio. Look in the manual (if you got) at what temperature the valve of thermostat start lifting and when it's fully open. Just to be sure.

No overheating light, no visible leakage, no coolant overflow and not decrease in any performance.
After drive coolant reach max level in reserve tank.

kitna kam hua hai ?i think thora bohat to normal hai.aor baqi symptoms bhi normal hain, nothing to worry about.
Just coolant topup ka bad almost 600 to 700KM chali hai or almsot 150 to 200ml decrease howa hai.Or drive ka bad coolant max level tak chla jata hai.
hmm..sab se pehle to radiator aor jahan engine oil daltay hain wahan dekhiye koi sludge koi milky residue to nahi ? just to indicate the condition of head gasket...phir sab se sastay solution se shuru karain.. i.e., change the radiator cap first with a new genuine BRV one.then observe if the symptoms are still there or not : /

Second kya milky residue radiator cap nikal ka check krna hai ya engine oil cap utar ka?

700Kms straight or of stop and go?I have swift auto, I need to top up around 50ml if straight 500Kms trip, and around maybe 80ml if stop and go city drive with AC. Never measured the exact amount to be honest. Just giving you a rough idea.
I am going to buy a new cap on the next oil change. I Will see if it fixes the issue.
