do clear one thing. The engine in this corolla generation diesel was 2.0L I4 1CD-FTV D-4D diesel. or did IMC fitted the pakistani diesel variant with a 2C.it came in these corollas till 2004 and the Indus Corolla 2.0D..

Please take care as i have seen such model cars easily lasts up to 250,000 smokeless if taken with care

Bhai, once upon a time you sent me to Iqbal Shahid after Jamil Autos & i was much satisfied by his work as it solved my Cultus's chronic issue of oil leak.
Now there are some oil leakage as well as some tuning issues but this time in my family's Corolla so what is your opinion. Which mechanic or shop you will recommend for Corolla? Jamil or Iqbal Shahid?

Toyota D4D in PKDM Corolla is (and will) not be available in Pakistan till 2020

ask the workshop condition of engine & transmission mounting if there are any visible fractures in the mountings please change all 4 it will insulate and minimise the engine vibration

those may cost extra but you will be at peace as long as the vehicle is maintained for timely engine oil oil filter change it is best time to change the mountings

@Warrior_Asim101 after engine work is completed and you have taken delivery of vehicle you may feel ride uncomfortable handling normally ignored when engine is troublesome

for that you need to pay visit to Afzaal Bhai 0300 211 6069 he is time tested workshop of steering & suspension issues.

Received the car on Saturday today fixed some sound box/intake issue ,car is very responsive low end torque but on high rpm low power maybe after first oil change and 1500km engine will be free...feels like new car

you aren't suppose to take it to high revs during the running period....

do the run-in with 3rd gear keeping it under 2000 rpm
what is the total bill with break up

Should I keep speed limit till 70-80 with usually under 3000rpm or lower also total with labour and extra cost me 96000rs

digits seems to be very reasonable drive carefully for initial 1000 / 2000 kms try to maintain a log for engine oil oil filter fuel filter changes. i also recommend change of transmission oil at this genuine odo meter reading.

don't drive over 2500 rpm, try to change at 2000, don't seat too many people during the running period, and AC is a definite NO during running.
Let the running take place slow and steady with minimum load on the engine. After its complete, you can drive as you please.

900rpm when a/c is on as shown in photo and 800 when idling without a/c ....

No vibration and half self start really enjoying it
