I have redone quite a lot of engines in my life, A/C gets switched on after I drive the initial 20 kms breakin with engine between 80 and 100C
not a single problem.
The ring seating and breakin depends on what you had your machinist set the clearances to, if you asked for "solid tait wali" it will heat sieze in a hurry.
on my builds, the piston to cyl clearance is considered "farigh" by Pakistani standards but is perfect by manufacturer standard.
