Is check engine light on?
I think your car is not properly wired after the 1NZ swap
Also you have wasted your money in replacing head gasket.
First properly check wiring of the engine. The rpm should be around 700 when engine is completely warm.

Dear all. After doing some research from the internet, I started checking different sensors. I found out that when I disconnected the MAF sensor and drove the car without it, even at cold start the car worked fine. There was no slugglishness or loss of power. I got a new sensor from Bilal Ganj, thinking that the sensor was malfunctioning but with the replaced sensor the car still hesitates. But with sensor unplugged it works fine. Could it be faulty MAF or some other issue?

Looks like fuel supply is not enough.
When you take the maf off. Ecu cannot read the air going inside engine. So it will not stay in close loop. It starts suppling fuel depend upon the throttle position (TPS). No adjustments will be done according to maf. In the end it will supply more fuel cause the mixture to get rich.
Did you check the fuel pressure?

Yes Hassan bhai. I even got the fuel pump changed. Bought a new one from Montgomery Road. But the problem is still there

I got the fuel injectors cleaned recently. Havent checked the fuel filter. Will get the checked too. With the previous maf the car used to give smell of unburnt fuel from the exhaust but with the replaced one the smell has decreased to some extent but not completely. Today I took the car for wiring stuff. He wired the scanning port to the ecu which was previously not connected. He then scanned it and told me that there was no error code (Not sure whether he did the work properly or not. Also the scanner that he used was a bluetooth device connected to his cell phone) . I ve spent almost 30k on this issue and still spending

So summarizing it uptil now:
1. Car hesitates to move for some time at cold start. Even if parked for 20 mins it would still hesitate to move for 4 or 5 minutes. After that it would become completely fine.
2. If MAF is unplugged and then the car is started, it would start and immediately stall. At the second try the car would start perfectly and even if cold it would run perfectly fine

Get it scanned again and share the live data logs here.
Also buy any Bluetooth scanner they are cheap.

You need to share ur maf and Fuel trim values at idle, 2500 and 3000 rpms.

I also got the intake manifold checked but the mechanic told me that its fine. I also hear some a hissing kind of sound for one second when the engine is turned off. Could it be a vaccuum leak?
