You are trekking the wrong path
There is far more to vehicle repair and than just checking for error codes on a code reader.
When you are removing the maf sensor, the ecu is forced into a “limp mode” which will make the engine run rich but will run.
Your mechanic should have used his brains and a decent scanner to see whats going on with the MAF reading and work from there.
Btw cleaning the fuel injectors on a later model toyota damages them and causes them to flow more than they should. Be wary of such cleaning over and again specially in Pakistani model because it has no afr sensor.
