I got a chance to go from Islamabad to Abbottabad this weekend, we were 2 people without luggage, and throughout, the average speed was 95-105, Cruise was set to 98. I did not calculate tank to tank average this time but meter readings are given below:
From Islamabad to Abbottabad: 21.5 km per liter.
From Abbottabad to Islamabad 23 km per liter.
