moulana khadim passed away, he was suffering from high fever loss of breath and he declined to go for covid test since 11 11 2020. His public gatherings was without any SOPs, people used his left over drinking water as tabaruk, He passed away this evening.

The conspiracy drumming by his followers is " he has been poisoned by establishment " what do you say on that catch 22 classic theory. ? @vtecyo

First rule of solving problem is to actually say/mention/debate the truth (which is sad for Pakistan, in every single way possible)

You are being annoyed for no reason. Please don't mind but we should be more concerned with realities of our country and society.

You must be aware of the health facilities we have here. During the first wave reputed private hospitals were charging close to 1 million rupees (on an average) for admission and treatment. Please tell how many people can afford this? On the other hand govt hospitals were full to capacity. Ventilators were severely deficient and treatment being done by inexperienced fresh doctors. While seniors were mostly giving instructions from their homes. A number of people died at their homes with little to no medical attention.

During that first wave the only thing which somewhat prevented this virus in our country was the lock down in its initial days.

People don't understand the difference between the health infrastructure of USA and in Pakistan.

Secondly, this is a fact that people in USA or Europe generally follow rules. If they don't like a rule (like wearing masks) they protest. But rules are more or less followed until these are in force.

It is exactly opposite here. In our country (please don't question my patriotism, I am just stating a fact. You may disagree.) people like to break all rules.

In Pakistan, even a complete lockdown will not restrain people. It didn't happen last time and it will not happen this time too. But it will make at least life easier for handful of people like us.

Right now all schools are open. Nobody is following SOP's. You are compelled to put lives of your children and yourselves at stake since if you don't your kids will be left behind. At least if they shut schools, it will be bit easier for people like us who are cautious.

The beautiful thing of being young is that they are extremely resilient and almost all times they are just asymptomatic carriers.

Meaning, these children can bring the virus home and kill their parents and grandparents.

But as SOP are boiled down to “buy mask with school monogram and buy sanitizer from school” otherwise child will be struck off the rolls.

How do you expect SOP followings? People dont understand that children will become orphans. (This is a huge debate in Pakistan due to virasatt/jirga etc)

Forget schools, look at any market/bazaar - its the same story and you hear “aray kuch nahi hota, ye sab wo windoze wala bill gates aur ye mobile komnee karrahee hain hum pe”

If you recall a story was being shared early this year that hospitals were selling the dead bodies too.

This is true. Now every person knows first hand that someone that they know have died either due to confirmed covid-19 diagnosis or due to a disease showing symptoms very similar to coronavirus complications. But they are not ready to even acknowledge the facts.

Schools is a weak link. Children are mostly asymptomatic but carriers and they are more susceptible to pass on virus undetected. In this case I don't think our government is right now handling the situation wisely by keeping the schools open.

Sometimes, It is amazing to see how people become so naive even some who are educated.

Deaths due to rabies even in Pakistan are less than may be a hundred. But everybody is afraid of stray dog that it will bite. Corona virus has killed thousands in our country in less than a year and made many times more seriously ill but people even than question the existence of coronavirus let alone following SOPs. It is amazing to see how illiteracy affects a whole nation.

True. Here on the internet, our people are back to doing their favorite past time entertainment i.e. making all kinds of conspiracy theories that he was poisoned, he wanted to name some people behind dharna hence removed, something fishy etc etc. Fact of the matter is he had fever and had difficulty breathing. Another fact is that he never wore mask in his recent rallies (initiated since last couple of weeks against France) nor a single person near him bother to wear any mask. He preferred to die rather than going for a Corona test. Now his party members are hiding cause of death out of embarrassment for holding rallies with no regard for SOPs that may also result in action against them for endangering people's life. They also don't want to jeopardize the upcoming massive event of his Janaaza (that will endanger even more people), but who cares because 'jaan tou Allah ko hi deni hi hay aik din'.

This has actually become a trend. Many people have died due to Corona but their family members hide the cause of death. If we just count the religious figures who suddenly died this year, we can see the picture. Mufti Naeem of Jamia Binoria died when Corona 1st wave was at its peak in June. The very next day Maulana Talib Johari of the famous Sham e Ghareeban program died, Tariq Aziz (although not a religious figure) died in same week, and then a couple of months later the all too famous, Maulana Zameer Naqvi, died just a few weeks after Muharram congregations (ye tou ho ga!). The pattern is clear, yet not a single one of them was declared a Covid casualty. Same thing happening in this case too.

Kudos to Govt too for allowing people to hide the real cause of death that could have made people take this virus a bit more seriously.

What prevented the massive outbreak in pakistan was first lock down and then the summer season, that would naturally curb the spread of coronaviruses. Now good luck stopping it again in the smoggy winters unless we strictly follow the SOPs or observe proper lockdowns

People dont want to agree that their relative got killed from a "yahoodi virus" - and they go strutting about with no remorse chanting "kuch nahi hota"

I know a case of death in Pakistan, family of 5, and all 3 children are under 12 years age, both parents are dead and now due to the virus, their remaining relatives are squabbling over the house, plots of land and monies - forgetting that the kids are greatly traumatized already.

I have tested positive for coronavirus, along with most of my household. By a lucky series of coincidences, thanks to God, my aged father has avoided infection. He is staying away from us in an isolated location.

Take it from someone who is experiencing this illness first hand. I have experienced what it is. I have seen what's it doing to my family, especially my mom, who wasn't in the best of health to begin with.

Avoid going out, and strictly follow SOPs; if not for your sakes, then at least do it for the sake of your elders in your household.

• am a registered test mule for the COVID vaccine my 2nd visit was this week at Indus.
  so far there is nothing abnormal as per examination of Pishi Potty & blood sampling.
  my complaint are 2 aggravated level of

• Alertness during sleep ( earlier my cats used to roam over bed never made difference but since vaccine shots the moment cat jump over bed i get up )

• Food Intake ( munching requirement )

am afraid of weight gain which itself is a disease.

My aunt's complete family in Lahore got infected with coronavirus last week and my uncle just died yesterday. May he rest in peace.

This thing is out of control.
