dashboard is designed according to the shape of car and ancillaries like Air conditioning, steering position, gauge cluster position etc are also placed accordingly, please try to compare both Khyber and cultus and then decide further action.
in my opinion the over all cost shall be same even more if you want everything working with cultus dash set up, plus you will loose originality of your car, try and find someone who can refurbish dashboards and most of all don't loose hope.
