helo friends , here i will mention how to remove/service the wiper motor and assembly, i open the wiper motor for cleaning , i have noticed that this motor wont be open even when the car gets full paint , dont know why , but i see this motor was very dirty and the place arount it was also very dirty and it was very difficult to clean all that without removing this motor , so i plan to remove it , first of all i accidentelly broke the part which clips the assembly to the motor (dont know its name) , so after opening the motor and removing the assembly i noticed that the one of the wiper shaft holder is badely damaged , so i plan to change it but dont find its replacement even at 3S , old parts store have that but they asking 1500 for that while the complete new assembly(without motor) cost 850 Rs , i noticed that the complete assembly which is fitted by the paksuzuki is local made , i see JMIL (OEM) written on it , it means its local made , luckily i found the replica of the holder which was made of alminum in just 150 Rs , the original was of teflon plastic which is a batter option than alminum , but here it doesnt works because its local made and not as good as the japanese ,
today i noticed in my 2007 cultus which is keep with great care that its wipers also have a plan in them , means the wiper shaft is lose in there teflon plastic hoders , the teflon plastic in them gave away , the local made wiper assembly fitted by paksuzuki is really not good , you guys also check your wiper , may be they also have plan in them
