Purana brake oil nikalwa den? Phir yeh poora bottle daldein. According to my mechanic. Please suggest.

Seems good quality
1. Anyways yes drain old oil away (Collect in some old oil pan or Bottle)
2. Fill with Seiken
3. Bleed your brake system to get rid of locked air
4. Also tell mechanic to check & tight hand brake wire
5. You can use old used Brake oil (soaked in cotton) to clean/repolish your old Washroom/Toilet fittings and accesories(All: ceramic/plastic/steel)

There is also brake wire & small rubber of your Hand Brake

During Brake servicing & replacement of brake pads, Most of the mechanics forget to tighten the Hand Brake wire(which is placed near Rear brakes)or replacing its rubber which of course, get loosen with the passage of time.

So if you are opening Rear brakes, tell them to fix in the same turn.
I think it will not cost more than Rs. 70 -100

He is changing front brake pads. And rear brake pads will be serviced.
I will tell him to tighten the hand brake wire and other things u have suggested up.

one thing more. In morning start why I always need to press accelerator with self? The car doesn't start without pressing accelerator. I didn't have that issue before few weeks ago.
I went to mechanic he said 'barha di he pehlay kam thi" but still start with low rpm say 500 or 600. I need to keep pressing accelerator for few times to bring the engine on the proper movement.

Update

finally I went to mechanic to get the brake oil and brake pads change.
He sucked the brake oil from the reservoir and bleed the oil like u posted the video up. But he said no need to bleed the oil from rear wheels.

1. Radiator water now completely changed after 3 months. It was little brownish but not so thick. He said everybody change radiator water at your home every month. So I will try it next time in sha Allah.

2. He said timing is average not so advance.

3. He set the RPM at 900 in morning start.

I am still not happy with this RPM issue and still I need to press accelerator which selfing the car and once started and keep racing for some time and now I am facing new issue from this evening. I started car after few minutes the sound of the car is changed. I went to mechanic bhai kia issue he yeh he said bhai bech ki Dholki phut gae he.
Now what to do? Can it be repaired? Or should buy a new one?

While starting in the morning a little foot press is ok but as soon as car start it should reach rpm of almost 1500-2000 due to autochoke function. After sometime you can press paddle a little and it come back to normal rpm...
Dholki can be repaired in 150-200 rs or can get a new one if its too much abused.

No car doesn't reach to 1500 rpm. Maximum 700 ramp and keep shaking for few mins. Before I didn't have that issue.

Bhai aap log please help kardain mein RPM k issue Ko le kar bht paraishan hoon. Tamam mechanics Ko check Kara diya tunning bhi karai. Masla solve nahi Ho raha. Race bhi barha kr dekhli. Auto choke ka bhi poochliya woh bi nhi he. Please advise dain.

It is definitely the auto choke problem because on cold start the RPM should jump straight upto 1500-2000 RPM.
The mechanics here don't understand such things.
Are the vacuum pipes connected in your car? They can also cause such behaviors.
