Exactly no one is favoring 20w50 and its better to fix issues and pour 10w40 but just mentioned what he said.

As you said there is no leak then go with the advice by fahim as he is very knowledgeable person and use 10w40 which is best for your car.
10w means viscosity in winter and 50 means viscosity at 100 degree temperature.

Thanks but my car is 10 years old and 112k already done. Many threads show above 100k km 20w50 oil is good. 10w40 is reommended in the user manual for the new cars only.
So if I use 10w40 caltex havoline so it would be good for upcoming summer season? As summer starts in Karachi in the beginning of March.

If your engine is in good nick as you said, so it shouldn't do any harm because this viscosity is optimal for hydraulic lifters. Still keep an eye on heat gauge and keep checking oil level frequently. If not reducing oil and not heating then its good to go.

Dont get confused & double minded bro.
Simply at next oil change, Flush your Engine with good flushing oil & start TOTAL 5w40 Total Quartz or 5w30 Total with original Suzuki Oil filter & Air filter

5w30 means would be more thinner than 10w40

Now one thing my mechanic said that brake oil is little less than its level so will need to some. I had cane of previous brake which he said it's third class. On his suggestion I bought Seiken brake and he said he will drain the oil and add Seiken. I wish I could attach picture of the bottle.
He also said to replace brake pads so I bought Indonesian I-Brake. Trying to attach pic but can't. How to attach pictures?
