I went to Suzuki dealership for this problem, they gave me an estimate of 15000 and two days work, They said they'll weld that portion and cut any rusted part and put a new piece. Above all they'll still add that "chikh" for more stability and strength.i was like "hainnnnnn", so they told me ok we may not add that chikh but it'll give more strength to the frame.
are you near lahore, there is a denter who has so far done amazing jobs.
I am really disappointed by response from suzuki. I think that portion of chassis can be purchased separately as well.
Yes it is available, and most dealerships have the right spot welder too.
Problem is not cutting it out but aligning the body first.

Hello everyone, i had similar issue a year ago and a denter welded the right side frame (seems like right side always gets cracked) was told to get a chik installed which i didn't bothered at that time. Mechanic told me that the left side chimta needs to be replaced i got it replaced.Now yesterday after getting steering repaired went for alignment and the guy told me that there is a difference between the tyre's gap from body on left side right side is good and he told me a denter can fix it by making chimta hot and stretching it and then adding a chik will be the best solution.Now what i am thinking is that the left side chimta was new how can that gap is not good? Where as the right side chimta was older one but the frame is welded already.

bro main ny second hand cultus li ha uski mukkiyan repair hain .... rod bi lgaa huaa has.... allignmnt bi thkk haa... lkin mai mechanic ky ps gya wo khtaa asi car farig hti ha jiski mukiyan repair hon... kia ap kchh suggest krskty ky asi car rkhon ky sale krdn kindly??

Clean that rust on the bracket. Then paint it if there's enough metal left. Otherwise change that bracket. That bar is called Tie bar. Every car without suspension crossmember ( gadri ) need that.
my friend had same issue in his margalla, which has same front frame as cultus.
Cultus brand new front side frame was available with suzuki dealership and they could also weld it, just like the factory. but it was expensive.

if i clean the rust then paint it... koi issue to nai hga... phr car ko... tension ki zrort to nai hai naa usky bd????paint koi bi krskta hun... agr ap koii suggest krdain..
If you can properly clean it like to bare metal then you can use any paint.
