@sayedgulhassan brothers I checked the vsv valve showen in picture. And this I found a pipe cracked. Now should Replace the pipe with the new one or Cut damaged area from scissor and attached again??
And kindly tell do other thing related to vsV valve need to be checked??

Change the whole pipe as plastic of whole pipe has gone old so its better to replace the whole pipe

I had same issue at the start of this season, also check the other part of the pipe cut and attach it back change is asap then. Also check that tha plugs on the device are plugged in.

Get it replaced, hopefully problem will be solved, still if it remains then check that vsv is operating or not.

Kabariya will take them by weight....
Mechanic's usually keep such item's for free.

So should i go for dholki replacement? In saddar the silencers wala are saying for full part replacement as they say that dholki cost 1200rs and full part 1800 to 2000rs?

Just pour in SGO SAE-90 API-GL4 gear oil in gearbox.
But request mechanic to fill it through proper fill hole instead of speedometer cable hole.

When the gearbox is removed also inspect clutch bearing, clutch and pressure plate and Flywheel bearing and rear main seal of engine. If you have any doubt on these thing's on physical inspection then get them replaced.

If the pipe is in good condition then just get the dholki welded. If pipe is rusted then get the pipe with dholki complete.

Seal was changed last year with 400rs seal... I have not changed any bearing when i changed the clutch plates first i changed only the clutch plate and then pressure plate after some time... In driving they are new easily wheel spin in first gear even with full load... Only bearings might need change
Pipe and dholki both are in good condition but it is making that irritating sound looks new from outside.

Cultus steering feels heavy to me even heavier then my manual steering ae80 corolla.
You can install Japanese alto EPS column. But EPS need Vehicle speed sensor signal to stiff/soft steering.

6~7k for complete column and wiring.
Total cost about 10~11k including labour.
No special maintenance required.
Mounting points need repositioning.

@Hassan1991 Japanese alto eps column suits best or cars like mira , dayz eps etc car works fine too ??
Steering cross will be the present one or will get change too?
Does Eps benefits in long term or after a period of time like one or 2 years motor etc needs replacement or get repaired?
