Actually Japanese alto wiring is easy and it's cheap.
Not sure about cross. One...which is suitable will get fitted.

@Hassan1991 does eps installation and later drive improves fuel efficiency?
Speed sensor is with the Eps kit Or buy it separately??
Kindly tell that while or before buying eps, how the Japanese eps can be checked that its good or not?

No increase in fuel economy, han! If car is hydraulic power steering then it may matters.
You need electronic VSS but old cultus has a cable driven meter so you also need to change that. @hassantahir2 bhai efi cultus also has cable driven meter? or electronic wire driven?
Need to be physical check.

Carby and EFI both Cultuses have cable driven meters.
But a on/off switch can be used with EPS i guess so to turn EPS off at higher speeds. Turning it into a manual steering. Also heard that some electricians can make the EPS work properly even with cable driven meters with help of some device but i haven't seen any in person..
Yup steering of Cultus is heavy without any doubt....

what about baleno? and can baleno meter be fitted in cultus. Alto has electronic driven.

I'm not sure about baleno but Suzuki's of that era had cable driven meters till i guess end of 2005.

cultus my chachu got is 2006 cable driven and alto is 2005 electronic driven.
But eps need signal to work properly, meter need to be electronic driven

@hassantahir2 @Hassan1991 I read in a thread that for speed sense of carby cultus, a connection is been made with ODO cable along with ignition system To the Torque Sensor. So steering can become stiff/soft relevant to speed. What do you think Seniors?

Yes that's what we are talking before, VSS signal is needed.

@sayedgulhassan brother I did not hear such kind of thing. Neither from the mechanics and Installers nor Did not Read on pakwheels thread based on EPS topics.

Hmm... Maybe market is flooded with worn out eps motor? Might have to find one in good condition then.

halfcuts of Japanese alto are available in market. But anything taken out from a halfcut will be 2 to 3k expensive.

@hassantahir2 @Hassan1991 this is a post by Sir xulfiqar. Now my query is that for Eps speed sensor one method is that speed o meter and ignition system switch connected to a torque sensor will observe speed and the Other MethoD as Told by sir Xulfiqar. Which One Is Better and Best for Speed sense?
