Cultus Starting problem

Hey Folks, I have Cultus 3 cylinder , model 2002. I am the First owner of the car and done through the regular and on time maintenance. From couple of months, I am facing a starting problem on petrol. Replaced and put the New AGS battery but the issue didnt resolved. Rechecked the battery from 2 battery dealers , both said battery is on strong position. I went to the Electrician and discussed with him the issue in detail and he checked all the wiring as the car is CNG factory fitted. He did some work on wiring and the wiring is as per his view, is perfect.I faced the problem in Winter Alot more then Summer. In summer, if I do daily start up, then cultus use to start on First ignition. But if I start it on after 3'4 days , then it troubles. I use to self many time even after every minute. Pushing on to the self again and again,the car use to get starts after 15-20 minutes. 2 different Electrician ( one of suzuki 3S dealer) said that its a Fuel Pump problem and it needs to be replaced. And the mechanics give different opinions. You can say, several mouths'multiple replies ". What you guys think where and what is the Actual Problem exists? and if it is Fuel pump, then which should I go For? I will Appreciate all of your kind replies. thanks in Advance

^^Bhai gari me sath CNG bhi ha naa.. Only petrol hoti to aur baat ha.. CNG k sath me apnay hi alag pangay hotay..

When this happens try pouring some petrol directly into the Carburetor through the float vents or directly into carb throat and see if it starts. If it does start then fuel pump can be considered faulty.
Other problem could be the air gap of pulsor inside the distributor that should be about 0.15mm not more than that..
Have you ever changed the fuel filter though?

Carby ma cng ka siraf pipe hi hota, timing advance ki hoti or intake ka hole ko close krta haien thora baki as it is hi hota. But agreed desi mechanics vacuums band kr deta haien.

Carby me fuel pump ka connection bhi CNG wiring me ha jbb CNG pe hoti to wo bypass ho jata ha ho sakta ha wiring ki waja se pump kaam naa krr rahi ho aur shift kartay huy ye proper naa hota ho..
FF CNG Cultus me CNG wiring complete hi alag se ha aur advancer bhi laga hua ha so uss ki waja se kabhi kabhi problem aa jata ha.
Hmm ne kuch time 2007 FF CNG Cultus rakhi thi uss me bhi issi type k maslay atay thay.

Gii vo likhna bhol gya.
I remember we got a problem in the cultus. Chahu changed 3 pumps and still car dies after running some km, or jesa ka ghar ma koe nae sunta i told them that it can be filter or vacuum building and so it does. So we checked the filter and vacuum line both are clogged.

Yes fuel filter is recently changed . Fuel filter is Genuine installed. As a matter of fact I felt improvement when the filter was changed along with tunning

My car does not die after running few kilometers. You can travel 300 kilometres even. It runs smooth. The only problem I am facing is starting.

is there's black smoke at starting?

Nope. no black smoke.

your actually saying car starts late only on petrol?
it can be due to cng to petrol converting switch. engine is cranking but not getting the fuel. if the fuel is there then cranking without spark make the mixture inside the compression chamber to rich which causes black smoke at start up.
the easiest way to check is to direct the fuel pump before you start on petrol.

As a Matter of fact, I am running the car on petrol from quite a long time and used gas twice or thrice. SO presently no gas in car. and how to direct fuel pump before I start?

your facing starting issue every time?

Not, every time. It happens in winter mostly . and In summer, when the car gets start ups on daily basis then there is no trouble at all and the car even get started on First Ignition. But if the car use to get start after 3-4 days in summer, then it does not start up and gets start up after few tries in lapse of time.

one thing I would like to mention that I use to get the carburetor clean on every tuning. Car get tuned before 2000 kilometers . and before 12000 kilometers, when the car get tuned that time, the mechanic performed overhaul cleaning of carburetor and the Carburetor Kit of Japanese made was Installed. So what you will think of now dear ?
