Cultus turning off by pumping accelerator

Assalamu alaikum
My cultus carburetor had average and black smoke problem, after servicing from badar engineering, Average seemed fine but when i floored accelerator ,there was black smoke and petrol smell, when i complained he said thats normal
on slope when i have to pump accelerator multiple times,the car turns off and there is black smoke. Guy said dont pump just accelerate steadily. I think thats not feasible especially on slopes.
Also there is pick up issue,when i floor the car it really doesnt respond, he said its maybe due to current pora nahi milraha, carburettor ka masla nahi.
Can anybody help me whats the solution, if there is any other expert in Rawalpindi Islamabad who can set my carburettor without any issues. If not should i again go to badar's? And anything to keep in mind while servicing so that there are no problems in future

Whoever worked on your carburettor needs to sell his tools and take up some other profession.

Either your float is wrong height or your powervalve isnt connected to manifold vacuum.

Most people here recommended badar's engineering thats why i went
Sir can you tell me in desi mechanic's term, so i can convey this to the mechanic.

Powervalve = vakum wala wall

You also may have a clogged emulsification passage on the carby hat, it can cause extreme rich running.

Do - before thinking of fiddling with carby

Make sure the engine is fully warmed up
Make sure the ignition timing and dwell is top notch and the centrifugal and vacuum advance are in top notch working condition.
Make sure the tappets are set correctly
Make sure the intake manifold is sealed good.
Make sure the pcv is good and working (including checking for oil leaks on engine)
Make sure to check any heat related valves that they are working.

Dont

Fiddle with the carby with any of the above incomplete or messed up
Dont try to adjust a dirty or clogged carburettor
Install stupid spark plugs on the engine
Dont ever try to remove or install spark plugs on a fully hot engine.
Dont try to be “half salaff start hero”

considering the price of petrol, just get a used carburetor and get things over with

Wouldn't Used carburettor also need some sort of settings and service etc? Also there wont be surety that it would be in good condition unless it is opened, don't you think?.

@a18157126 It means there is incomplete burning in engine so your plugs may be faulty or bad setting of your carburetor or your timing of ignition is bad. I don't know if carburetor car has ignition timing

You did not mention car detail but One option is that Your fuel injector may be leaking.

[image] I doubt that I was wrong about fuel leakage from Chappu. Actually I sprayed carb cleaner from that red circled path and it came out from Chappu. It must be for air to be sucked for mixture. Correct me if I am wrong. It seems to me that problem is with power valve. Without power piston carb works great. No soot on spark plugs and silencer. Fuel economy is also good. It adds a litrle bit fuel but most fuel is added from accelerator pump. Bogging down when loading up engine is usually a sign of worn out distributor or super rich running carburettor

Accelerator pumps is injecting stream of fuel whenever accelerator is pressed but car bogs down heavily.
On stand still neutral it is a less bog.

But the problem becomes much more when its in fist gear stand still and i press accelerator, in this situation engine completely stops.

Usually on incline it is too much problem for me i have to use lot of clutch and then give race.

Idealing starting everything else is fine.

It also bogs when accelerator is pressed at other speeds but i manage to drive it because its already rolling. But on slow speed its much difficult. I have to press accelerator relay carefully with tortoise speed or it will bog down and some might rear-end me

Your carburettor has clogged air bleeds, fix that up. Make sure your distributor is top notch and your engine operating temperature is perfect, are you running a dead cold engine?
