@muhammad.irtiza go to any relay dealer next time you visit plaza they have these 40A relays. @Xulfiqar sir is absolutely right the 22A will have corroded terminals soon. They work but tend to give out much earlier.

Sir is talking about the same shops I was talking about when you were about to buy your new radiator. These days they take 2 days for a made to order radiator core. If you give them the specific details they also arrange for new ends as well. They are at the very end of the maganize lane.

even the 100 series corolla had loads radiator in it, the denso radiators were on the CBU cars they sold (literally a few hundred or so), All others had the loads one which was excellent quality.

Its not a "low" - its how car manufacturers work - e.g. the USA built toyotas have US/Mexico built radiators in them. As long as its backed by Toyota I dont care if its made in timbuctoo, its good for install.

Today I load tested the car with AC at 100 km/h and drove it to Saddar. Tested it in traffic and on highway. The radiator and cooling performance is on point. This foam enclosure Courtesy of Sabir AC don't let the heat needle climb in traffic. They also cleaned the transmission area and now it's fully dried.

Next item on shopping list is CV Axle and then gradual changing of wiring. But now is the time to relax a little and enjoy the car before leaping on the next challenge.

Bhai don't take the car to 100kmph with damaged CV joints care for your life. It will remain cool inshallah. After sometime do change the coolant, get rid of the water in your system. Don't mess about it.

There are plenty I can't name them but they are available. The Toyota dealer I told you about ask that guy he must have that relay (Japan Autos). And there are plenty inside the market.

Do tell me anything else you want to know, it's quite close to my house. He is an experienced jolly fellow who is quite respected by his clients.

Coolant will be changed after 1 month; right now AC water will do because every month I was losing coolant.

I am also slowly planning to replace the wiring on the car, so if I am changing Fan Relay it's also wise to Chang the wiring. Any idea about the guage of the fan wiring? Any other wire dimensions I need to be aware of?

I still am suggesting to not to mess about the wiring yourself and let some experienced electrician help you. Cuore Wiring is Easy Point to point Joints and connections but still experience is advised. The better thing is to sort your OEM Wiring rather than changing the whole setup!

Here is Pakistan you will find wire strength calculated in "mm" (millimeter) where as in America they use AWG (american wiring guage).

Usual connection here are done with 4mm-6mm thick wire, with thicker wires for ground, battery and generator connection, starter motor etc and 10-12mm (0 AWG). but the "Electirician" should better understand. there should not be any short cuts and breakages and joints in between connection and every damn thing must have a fuse from the fuse box no direct setup and with experience i am saying a "Battery Cutoff Switch". Installed it in my Lancer after restoration and installed it in my Khyber too.

actually i wanted to install complete AC system in my Lancer it is one of the few things remaining that is why collecting info of the best AC guys. Your costs are very reasonable!

the auto cuore i had, had a denso aluminum radiator, with plastic top and bottom.

the manual cuore had a copper radiator with brass top and bottom.

i had a 2005 cuore. definitely was not a cbu, and was not altered either, but it had a denso radiator.

apart from loads, allwin (atlas engineering) also made cuore radiators when i worked there.

@muhammad.irtiza went to to Plaza today for my lights didn't find them but looked for your Bosch or Denso relays. New ones are not available however

This guy had alot of these relays but Kabli / used.

0AWG in a cuore battery??? - seriously?

0AWG are used in 7 litre diesels. - your little cuore would be overkill with 6 AWG as starter main cable and 8 or 10 AWG for alternator.

the mm you hear in Pakistan is actually sqmm (area of cross section of whole conductor bunch)

If you notice - the 0AWG or 1 aught or nought (depending on which english you speak) is 50 sqmm wire - the wire is not actually 50mm thick though

Cuore bhi beth gayi aur WagonR bhi. I was going to sell the car this weekend but aj rat ko gaari pick lena band hogaye.

Wagon R mein tou wheel bearing ka kaam agaya, jo har WagonR mein ajata hai har thoray arsey baad. Total 10000 ka ye kharcha tel wagera change keraney ke baad. Woh kal karao ga.

Aur cuore mein acceleration aik dum se kharab hogaye aur rough idling horahi hai. Kaafi mushkil se ghar pohancha aaj.

Cuore bech ker CD70 leney ka waqt agaya hai.

Mujhe tou carburetor ka masla lagta hai kyunke petrol ki Bu arahi thi 1 week se.

@muhammad.irtiza does it missing and taking long self to start? Check if there is any petrol residue new the carburetor.

I think probably the car is getting over with petrol with the float valve is gone or the return setup (I don't know if she has it) is choked ..

Now I literally think you should sell this car it is creating a lot of mess. .. now.

Why would a new model Wagon R have bearing issues.

Matlub seriously yeh bohat he ziyada hogaya yaar ek hafte yeh gaari theek nahi chalti.... Sell it and buy a Mehran yes it's AC doesn't work and is doesn't have Auto Transmission but you will not see a single mehran parked on the side of the road with the bonnet open.
