"verily, with every hardship comes ease!" - 94:6
Today my father drove the car to the dealer and he drove the car. Don't know what it is about the drive of this car that people start salivating over it. He immediately offered us 550,000. We bought the car for 535000 in a better condition. My father accepted the deal. He came over tonight at our home.
After looking that the car has passed 6 owners he tried to negotiate. We said we will sell the car for no less than 545000 AND we will not do it on open letter, only legal transfer. The deal is almost final but tomorrow we will get the confirmation.
So....
For 10 months of my life this car was my baby. A lot of people asked me why do you spend so much money on the crappiest car money can buy and my answer is, and will always be, it was WORTH IT.
What a lot of people negate is that when you maintain a crappy car, you get to learn a lot of stuff. And the feeling when you replace the old crappy parts with OEM specification parts and feel the difference is priceless. A new corolla doesn't give you that.
But as with anything, there is a limit. I did mention here that I spent so much money on the car that I had only 27 rupees left in my bank account. In the end it became so bad that it was getting in troubles every week. I tried changing mechanics, I tried using quality parts, but to continue my passion I need money and I am out of it. Like the previous 5 owners of this car, I pass my troubles forward.
Nobody knows what future holds, but I am happy that at least, affter a very long time, I will have some Sukoon in my life. In the end, a very special thanks to @omersiddiqui5482 and @geek.maan and @sleeper for sticking through the thread and all Pakwheelers who contributed.
