Thank you so much @Xulfiqar Sir! I will be adjusting the wipers today or over the weekend. In other news, I changed the battery 'baxx' last night i.e. the battery holder/mount whatever its actual name is since the old one was poorly placed and cracked up (in 3 years) .. I also got a new wire for the ground since the ground wire was getting old and was in bad shape in terms of its insulation. I'm glad i did it.

I'm however, a little surprised .. what's the connection b/w smoother shifts of cuore's auto tranny and a proper solid ground connection there had been times when i could feel a few jerks in shifts -- which didn't go away with oil change and filter cleaning (of the gear) .. but somehow got a little smoother after i upgraded the ground wire -- it goes from battery -ive to body and then onto the gear

Plz help me out my cuore wind screen was briken n i have replaced it now the problem is that from passenger side top of scren water leaks n come in side the car. I want help in rubber seal price and brand as im in mianwali.

The issue is not just with the rubber seal. When the windscreen was replaced the sealant used afix the screen to the car is not done properly plus the the bad rubber seal. If you want to get it done properly go to the person who changed your windscreen and ask him to correct this.

Yes Cuore has those rubber fixture type windscreens as a mehran does but when the edges are out up shape since the car is old you will either have to straighten the edges or will have to use that sealant ....

Sealant is also needed in rubber gasket wind screen but the sealant is non curing means it remains wet.

Updates are not very promising sir. A lot of time wasters looking to get the car in 50-100K less than market price. One man single handedly visited thrice, revved the heck out of the car while checking, and then offered an insulting price.
Now my father is saying let's replace the bumper and seat covers, nobody is complaining on performance or engine but everyone is complaining on broken bumpers.
The damn thing isn't being used extensively now, once in every 3 days because I have a slight feeling that transmission failure is imminent.

When I shift to R or D, there is a delay in gear engaging and then after 1 second the car starts moving with a jerk. The first gear makes ziiiiing noise which was there from day 1 but has increased a little (not bothersome but it's present).
The mechanic suggested topping up the transmission oil which he said was a little low but not enough to cause any trouble.

That's actually the reason why our car is not selling. We tell beforehand that the car is causing trouble and then no one wants to buy.

if it is not a major jerk then its fine i guess. shiftings takes time .. yes.. less than or exactly a second -- its an old AT tech, not going to be smooth as an ECT or Prosmatic or CVT/IVT. If oil is good, trans. filter is good, car isn't abused. I'm sure it is going be fine.

It's quite noticeable and this is what bugs me because it was fine just a week ago. Will top up the ATF and see what happens.

see if the existing oil is not all black or has particles in it! if so, change it, clean the filter, clean the oil pan and put a new gasket on the pan if & when it is opened -- also, pan contains a magnet sort of ring that keeps the metallic particles from circulating with oil,see if that magnetic ring is okay.

@geek.maan sir does your car have the same whine in first gear?

there is a sound in my gear -- feels like coming from the torque converter, if i'm correct but it comes only at a particular RPM not on higher or lower or any specific gear.

not having a proper ground effects alot of systems in the car, unless one knows the exact way the gearbox in your car functions, there is always a connection.

if you actually need to sell, don't portray it as a black sheep and don't tell the buyer you need money, tell him that you are selling because you have a wagonR now. and say the car is infront of you, check as you please.
NEver let someone drive your car before giving you an offer, explain the mechanicals to him, get an offer, if it makes sense, then take a drive, else don't, serious buyers won't mind this process but the chaska party would get upset.
This is a system that filters the buyers at minimum cost

i believe so, since once without ground connection to the it, gearbox forgot how to shift i.e. it was free even in D or R. I think the ground is required for its solenoids/shifters to working properly (I'm not familiar with the exact terms of gearbox)

yes, ground is definitely important.
mota mota dhekhain tu lights in the meter are connected with the gearbox, not the lever.

it worked -- i.e. the wiping improved however, those spineless bastards (wipers) still squeak and there is that annoying tuck-tuck sound which seemingly comes from the grip (wiper-to-arm) but upon inspection, grips are as tight as they could be.

bleh!! I might switch back to the standard metal vipers
