what are the problems you are having with original engine? engine swap should be last choice.

ye to carburetor ki adjustment ka masla hai. agar kisi tarha adjust na ho to kabuli carburetor le lain.

Need Expert Help/Advice

Problem # 1: I have Cuore 2006. In morning when i start and move the car there is no problem. Some time when the car is stopped 1st gear does not engage easily. if I release the clutch in neutral position, press it again and apply 1st gear it engages. Gear Oil level is ok my mechanic says that Gear Oil needs to be changed but he also saying to change Gear Oil after few day when weather is cold otherwise the gear box will start giving sound (gung). Anther mechanic said not to change the Gear Oil. Pls advice what to do.

Problem # 2: When 4th gear is applied and upon release of clutch i hear some strange sound. (which I am unable to describe) also it vanishes on acceleration (high RPM) No sound when clutch is pressed. As per my judgment it is sound of clutch bearing. Pls help

I was having similar issues and this is what a Toyota service center mechanic told me on such clutch related issues: "you have a 2005 model and this is 2015. clutch plates are around 10 years old and the car is driven around one lakh kilometers, what do you expect more from so old clutch plate. just bear this thing or go for changing the clutch plates. Genuine Dihatsu Cuore clutch plates are around 25000-30000 :)"

I need to change the axel of my car.. they are giving Kar Kar sound at the turn.. last time I changed them 6 months earlier... I installed Chinese set that cost 2200 rupees without labor.. now I am searching for a Japanese or Qabli.. any suggestions where I can find them??? Bexoz its v hard to find a genuine qabli axel from old parts shop.. they give us local made products...

My cuore needs engine tuning... idle rpm is low which resulted the car to vibrate after getting start.. more over car lose power on 2nd gear at low spped of 20 km/h, i have to shift the gear back to 1st to move on.. moreover i need to replace the axels of car... so plz pakwheels multan members suggest me the best mechanic for cuore in multan...

model is 2005. always drive on petrol. we were three adults, two kids and some baggage with total weight equal to a big kid.

how do you know the idle rpm is low? did yo install any device such as rpm-meter

no,, default meter is installed in my car,, and i guess the issue of idle rpm since car vibrate at being neutral..

change the plugs ,plug wires,point, if ur car is vibrating too much change the gear mount also called gear foundation

Engine mountings to Ok hain.. Gear mountings bhi check krwa lon ga.. Plug mai oil wagera to nhi hai wesa..
