I am thinking about dark matallic red. but its not final yet. Any suggestion? that could be done in PK for sure.

sir heavy sound system will rape your ears o a trip , i really hate a cg at tour coz of wooooooo woooooooooooo and woooooo sound , so i think you should consider the exhaust option , make it silent , like gs150

bike should be tested to limits , i agree and minus the exhaust on left side , the one on kick side is in good shape and looks cool , thats how cruiser exhaust should be

You have done a huge alteration in a lightening speed I mean it was an impossible thing in the given short time... all you need to do is to extensively test it brother dont go for a paint job that soon ..

this bike you have had an open heart surgery if u know what I mean.. test it jump on it hard brake it bump it in a pot hole see where it fails and bench mark its performance measures...

If your brakes are good tyres are smoking then chek its top speed..

Once you are 100% sure that she is ready to take on any thing... then Choose a HOLLY DAMN Seksi color and get a paint job done on it..

haha previously when i gave idea of having muted sound you said no it should be loud hehe i think i'll stand in the middle heavy means not loud. I also like low sound ride.

there is nothing wrong with having 2 exhausts if the engine is twin cylinder or has 2 exhaust ports actually it will look ricy , loud and i doubt at the perfomance , good or bad two exhaust pipes will definately add some thing

Excellent project I must admit ... Rebuilding the bike to custom specs is the most difficult thing ,Since whole science of balance come into play in swapping the Engine !

Lets see the heights of success you will achieve on rebuilding this machine ... I wish you all the best for the remaining work !
Would love to take a ride once it is completed

BTW .. I always admire projects ,Almost made up my mind to get something nasty and than rebuild it but leaved it due to unlimited future Khuwari !!

Woaw........ Few days ago someone imported some engines........ I went offline for a few days and when I came back I saw a 10 page thread on a custom chopper with the same engine.

I personally think, thats the best use of the engine u hav at hand...... its a really torquey motor and will serve well as a cruiser.

U seem like a very decent person to me....... so u opting for a flashy chopper was a little bit of surprise no offence intended.

I have 2 suggestions.......

1. Do not compromise on paint.... better bake paint everything..... worth the money and effort. Its all about the bling in a chopper isnt it??

2. Its a CG series engine....... try a CG exhaust on....... I think u will like it. I strongly believe the engine should be mated with its genuine exhaust.

Why paint the body........ have you seen the 3M wrap. They are quite good quality...... not as robust as paint but you can get brush metal finish on the body parts...... like stainless steal or titanium or even gold..... do look it up.... just a suggestion

Sir g cosmetically do consider ape handle bars and sissy bars they will enhance the looks

Agreed at suggestion 1. I'll follow it for sure.

Its not CG engine as @vickytulla already explained. I have seen and listened to CG silencers on same kind of chopper and trust me it dosn't look cool Silencers pe tu abhi bhi @hidalgo se larrayee ho rahi hai haha. Will see kya banta hai

3M is a good idea but still paint's finishing is something else. secondly i still need tank's denting. Can you show me some samples of 3M wraps on LOCAL market. I have seen on big cars though don't know how it would look on a bike
and most important how long lasting it would be? it looks really odd when it start to rip off from ends. You know what i mean.

the your using in piaggio is it an ohv engine?
