sir handles should be lil high , thats my personal opinion , the bars at your bike are way too wide but thats just me , my point ov view . bit wide n bit higher bars will do just fine

Yes all CG engines are OHV. The Engine i have is OHC. Thats why it has less vibration.

OHV means OverHead Valve - an engine design where the camshaft is installed inside the engine block and valves are operated through lifters, pushrods and rocker arms. For this reason, an OHV engine is also known as a "Pushrod" engine.
Although an OHV design is a bit outdated, it has been successfully used for decades.
Advantages of an OHV engine include lower cost, compact size and proven durability. On the downside, it's difficult to precisely control the valve timing at high RPM due to higher inertia caused by a larger amount of valve train components (lifter-pushrod-rocker arm). For this reason, OHV engines have lower maximum RPM. It's also technically more difficult to install more than 2 valves per cylinder.

Yeah sort of Complete is a big word. Still Shocks are stiff, Handle is hard and front break is only 20% Now rain has slow down the progress waiting for it to stop.

Its not CG engine as @vickytulla already explained. I have seen and listened to CG silencers on same kind of chopper and trust me it dosn't look cool Silencers pe tu abhi bhi @hidalgo se larrayee ho rahi hai haha. Will see kya banta hai

3M is a good idea but still paint's finishing is something else. secondly i still need tank's denting. Can you show me some samples of 3M wraps on LOCAL market. I have seen on big cars though don't know how it would look on a bike
and most important how long lasting it would be? it looks really odd when it start to rip off from ends. You know what i mean.

I love the seats...... they really do add presence to the bike......makes the back end look bada$$

I checked out the exhaust note of KLX250 on its genuine exhaust and its really awesome........ problem is the muffler looks like this:

This muffler wont suit a chopper. So genuine exhaust is kind of out of the question.

If I were you I will get these custom built:

This is the legendary Triumph Bonneville. These aint very difficult to replicate i think. Its the prefect job for vickytulla. Im sure he can find you the person in lhr who can pull this off. I know one guy in hyderabad who can make these exhaust.

Anyways coming to the topic of 3M Wraps.

3M is a good brand. Their wraps are far superior in finish and bonding than the Chinese generic stuff.
I took a quote from an authorized dealer and installer of 3M wraps in Karachi and they quoted me Rs.7,500 to wrap the tank, fenders and tappas in brush metal finish. obviously the prices are negotiable.

3M has 3 kinds of finishes:
1. Gloss Finish (Useful life 7 years)
2. Matte Finish (useful life 5 years)
3. Brush Metal Finish (useful life 3 years)

Also brush metal is the most expensive, even though the least reliable.
If installed correctly the wrap wont peel off.... however its certainly is not as reliable and long lasting than a good paint job.

Here are some applications of 3M 1080 wrap in brush metal finish:

As these wraps are quite popular in Karachi I have seen all of them wrapped around cars in Karachi..... so they are available in Pakistan.

Same exhaust type is in my mind. Royal enfield also uses the same type of exhaust and this is the one who can produced dug dug sound. Now using 1 exhaust or 2 this is the question. i would prefer two because it would enhance the looks IMO. any disadvantage or having two exhaust on a single cylinder ride?

You are right 3M is a quality product. i'll surely consider all these options too when the time of paint selection will come. I loved those brushed metal finish.

EXACTLY sir.... the dug dug sound....... you get that characteristic sound ........... especially from the OHC engine with these sorts of exhausts. Its a single cylinder engine......... so exhaust design is quite straight forward...... if it were a multi cylinder engine there are things you need to keep in mind.

Case Study:
I drive a Civic EG....... my younger brother swapped the genuine exhaust system with

a biga$$ aftermarket 4-2-1 manifold and a free flow exhaust.......

People Say:
u get more power with this setup as the engine is able to exhaust out the gases as quickly as possible......however that was not the case.

Why The Loss of Power:
I notice a minute reduction in power....... specially torque. I searched for the reason and found it. The civic engine is a 4 cylinder 4 stroke SOHC unit, with cylinders firing at different times so each time a power stroke happens in the engine and an exhaust valve opens........ positive pressure is created in the exhaust manifold. And in between these positive pressures............. negative pressures also happen, especially at lower speeds. As cylinders create these pressures at different times, they can interfere with each other and slow the release of exhaust gases. Thats what I experienced with a 4 cylinder engine.

Conclusion:
I think there is no harm in 1 into 2 exhaust system for a single cylinder engine other than the cost itself. It will cost you twice as much
I might be wrong as my knowledge and experience on exhaust is very limited..... its better to wait for the big guns to weigh in.
