Hats off to my mechanic who is young but still very technical, energetic and sincere. Otherwise you can't expect clean work and robust performance at the same time.

haha ab transportation waghera main itna tu chalta he hai. Its not a foot mark its some oil mark i guess. It can be washed i guess or will hide under the tank

Misc. Items:

Meanwhile i inspected the tank. Although its the most abused part in the bike but still its solid and doesn't have any hole in it

We are trying to use all cabli bolts that are long lasting and never get slipped.

Shinning bolts that were removed from original engine moldings. These are very strong and neat.

Now as we have finalized the engine position and we are confident about its settlement along with radiator and everything. Its time to strip it down. The target is to give free hand to the denter so he can do his magic according to our instruction. We removed every non metal part (wiring harness, rubbers, handles buttons, mudguards etc. from the bike so it won't get effected by hot welding flames.

This is how it looks like now. It will be delivered to the denter along with the engine.

These khalara you were talking about is the real beauty of a cruiser IF done properly. The pic i shared was from an abused cruiser that has 150 CC under powered engine. Even yeh sara khalara bhi itna weight add nai kerta. not more than 10KG. Itna farak tu tank full kara lain tu parr jata hai. 250cc isn't a samll engine if you compare it to Pakitani market and roads. I set my target to 120 KM / Hr according to Pakistani roads because yahan itna maintain bhi ho jaye without killing yourself tu its enough.

About the Engine performance. I am qouting some comments from the guys who really tested the engine and bike in Taiwan and Thailand.

"The 5-speed gear box has a perfect gear ratio, and with its high torque it's a pleasure to ride. We compared the 5-speed Lifan gearbox with the 6-speed Kawasaki KLX250 and we found that it is not necessary to change gear that much in traffic. This is of course because the Lifan 250cc has more torque then the Kawasaki.
P.S. I do not work for Lifan, it's only that I see a lot of all new motorcycles that enter the country."

I said before "The engine is restricted to pass the emission tests, but the LF250GY-7 being a carburettor motorcycle this restrictions are easily disabled."

Another comment.

"If we compare the Kawasaki KLX250/D-tracker 250 to the Lifan in standard form:
Lifan LF250GY-7
Brute Horsepower 19.70
Torque 19 N.m

Kawasaki KLX/D-Tracker 250
Brute Horsepower 22
Torque 15.2 N.m

We can remove the restriction by simple using a screwdriver without adding any cost. The horsepower then jumps to nearly 32 hp. Because the Lifan is a carburettor motorcycle we can even exchange the needles or replace the carburettor completely. Do less restricted exhaust pipes..etc.. all very easy and all within a not to high budget."

I am not saying that these are better than Kawasaki but wa ted to share that it has some plus points

May be i am lucky enough that my carborator is not restricted and its giving 32bhp just saying

Only CC doesn't matter, Torque and gear ratio does matter. This is the difference between that i ride RP after driving car for many years. In car you dont have to switch gears again and again but in bike you have to switch gear every 10-20 km and thats not fun. But by having this gear ratio and producing its max power at only 5500 RPM will be something different to ride. Reality check will be done when the cruiser would be on road but these figures are enough to make me optimistic. that maintaning 120 km isn't a big deal for this engine.

InshAllah will meet you brother! I have not tested it against GTO/RX beside my bike maximum juice is 132kmh so far where as I heard RX goes upto 150kmh so I think RX smack down would be pretty useless as we already know the result. but I sure want to visit you asatana shreef

Yea I know RP is no match to RX in any case ...beside all odds RX135 - 14 HP 100KG bike can be easily chased with a CG200 given its fitted to 96KG CG not a heavy RP.

MY RP is more targetted towards safety, road grip, maintaince free brakes, puncture free tires, maintenance free rims... so it adds up all to its weight ... these old 2S bikes of 80s offers nothing in those regards as you might have realised ... its just a cult following..

While I seal its top speed above 120 I barely feel I am losing traction becuase wheels are from that bike which do not lose road grip at whooping 200KMh that's what I call a Super Upgrade ...

bro your links are also true but only within indian made rx serirs of bikes, rather japanes bikes have way different power and altitude as @hidalgo said, his specs are for made in japan rx series and those are also correct,
came back to RP typhon, i think 132 km/h is a real good speed on local roads, and your bike can run down easily to aproxx 99% bikes on road

Things to be done by the Denter. List is very important guys otherwise he will miss some important items and you don't have any proof of it.

Shopping Time:

Received LED Strip that i ordered Online. It will be a good addition i guess.

Cone Air Filter. The stock air filter box won't support this big engine. It needs a lot of air to work properly.

A Biggg 24 Amp Battery purchased so we don't have an issue of battery. Its necassary because its a TCI Engine that doesn't start without battery. So drained battery is a killer for it. We don't want it to happen.
