hey.... a friend of mine wants to swap his current carby 1.5(95 civic) motor to one of these engine..... he basically wants to keep the car NA for now... basic stage-1 stuff would be done...

I have "heard" that d15b has a more agressive v-tec than the d16...even though the hp figures are more or less similar....which motor would be a better swap? considering the performence factor....

well i dont knoe much bout engine prices but a friend of a friend bought one for round about 28 000RS...a complete setup....the swap will cost upto 3-5 K depending on how cracked your mechanics head is !

i can give you d15b full swap with ecu wiring engine gear fitting and all that ....start car to go with warranty of engine....check the market price and let me know what best price you have then i will gonna quote you....

Masoom

Stage 1 on a diesel is I think a waste of time unless it's turbo. Then you can wind up the boost and play around with the fuel enrichment on the injector pump (assuming it's a mechanical system of course...).

well we have swaped D15b in 86 detamasu and aswell as in 88 charade both work gr8:)
