@all:

Yesterday some more work of my car brake was carried out:

change of seals of brake serva piston Rs 250.
adjustment of rear brakes.
change of drum of rear right wheel as it was fully used Rs 600 kabli.
grinding of front brake rotors to remove the padle shivering.

And now MaashaAllah the barke is like new car and vey very smooth.

Labour was Rs 250.

sorry for the late reply was busy in some personal matters ...
the total cost was 50,000/- which I spend on it, 30,000/- on engine and 20,000/- on other(engine room color plus showcase fixed, radiator fixed, petrol tank and lines with the computer fixed and little bit of extra fixing) ...

Check battery for weakness
Alternator for charging problems
Weak Self start motor for taking more load (needs cleaning/parts replacement)

today i went to a battery guy and he said that battery needs to be replaced
but 3-4 days ago everything was working fine and suddenly this problem occur

@ my woo engine is going again under overhauling process, till now i have spend as following
1. Piston Standard Size (with Pins) = 2500
2. Rings = 1450
3. Silicon = 150
4. Complete seals Kit = 1550
5. Radiator Bottle cap = 250
6. Main Begin set with bearing = 1550
7. Timing Belt (Japanies) = 550
8. Shellac = 150
9. Oil pump Repair with New Kit = 950
10. Cam Shaft (Kabli) with cover = 4600
till today total is = 13,700 rupees
and still labour, lathe machinist labour and oil / filter price is to be included.

plz pray for my woo's engine that he may behave good for a long time.

same is going on with me, yesterday when i switched on the vipers on timer mode, fuse got burnt twice, so I had to use vipers on continuous mode even it was drizzling

On last sunday, i carried out another task of my car to increase its interior elegance i.e. interior roof poshish.
previous poshish was of carpet which looked very odd. I was lucky enough to find genuine poshish cloth of cars like suzuki baleno. color matched with the daewoo interior. shopkeeper informed that he bought this cloth very first time in tehy market and was not availabnle in the market earlier.

he demanded RS 1200 and then settled to 800. but interior now looks ............ MashaAllah.

I am Asbar javaid, i am using daewoo racer model 1992 converted to cielo in 2004, the engine is 1.5 DOHC .
I am having a problem on petrol and the mechanics are unable to spot it,
the problem is that, when I switch the car to petrol....it starts missing after 1 to 3 minutes rpm goes down and eventually leading to stop the engine, after that I switch off the car then again turn it on and then start again. then again this cycle repeats.
now, the fuel pump is working, changing it does not work,i have changed the oil filter.
what can be the problem,
please help me.....
