Damn I am stuck in this issue

Observing an issue of Rpm in my cultus it goes mad up and down between 1000 to 200 specially when I turned on the headlights Although got my throttle body and IAC valve cleaned. Mechanic saying that i need to replace my throttle body wth!!!
Totally surrounded by unprofessional mechanics
Read so much threads but coudn't find the solution if any who have experienced and have the issue resolved the please guide it will be a huge help for me

VSV (vacuum switching valve) are not working. They should increase the rpm with every increasing load.

Check the distributor advance and retard of your car. Than the ground cables. Than in last try replacing the IACV to another one. Also check the PCV valve.

Take off your negative battery cable for tonight and put it back in the morning. You might see the difference. I had smililar issue in my Baleno (same efi cultus engine G13B) and I simply did this and in the morning all was fine.

You can do this battery trick now too. Just take the negative out for half hour at least. Cultus's ecu is too dumb it takes time to forget and re-learn parameters

hahaha keep this trick in your mind always for all efi cars. its just like when in old times when we needed to fix a crashed computer, we used to take out its ram for a moment and put it back and it used to work sometimes

I was facing the same issue with my Santro Club quite a while. Nobody was understanding. Last month i changed the actuator sensor mounted over throttle body (black colored). It controls engine rpm according to engine load. Now all the issues you mentioned solved. Try this, hope it will fix your problem!
